Id go again, but Id request the top floor.
Pros:

The room was clean and the staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We were on the 2nd floor - the people in the room above us were VERY loud and obnoxious until 2am. I did not get any sleep and had to be up early the next morning for a business conference.

we had 2 nights at this location on our road trip, it was an ideal location for Hershey Park. hotel was clean and looked like it was recently refurbished. breakfast was good with plenty of seating. staff were friendly and made us feel welcome

Worth the money for people of all ages! Very inclusive!
Pros:

I loved it all! It was very clean and housekeeping always made sure everything was stocked up without ever needing to ask! The breakfast was nice and hot!

Comfortable beds was the only good thing about this hotel.

Cons:

Requested an hour early check in. Was not able to check in till actual check in and room still not ready. The first night, at 8 p.m., 10 kids under 24 started running the halls and it continued till midnight, made three calls to the front desk and to 911 bc you could hear them on all floors. It was so humid in the breakfast area that the paper plates from breakfast stuck to them and the tables still had stuck paper plates on them the next day. Breakfast items not kept filled, not cleaned. The guy in lobby mopping, out wet floor signs out after and we witnessed a guy fall getting into elevator. The front desk person who was so overweight, sat on a chair behind a computer, never got up to greet guests and check them in, and she was so unprofessionalally dressed; spanx biking pants, a t shirt and tennis shoes. We complained to her about all of this and her response was I'm sorry you feel this way. Tub drain didn't stay up, had to put the sink soap dish in it to hold up, TV remotes didn't work unless you stood right in front of the TV. Spend your money elsewhere this place is poorly managed. If I could give 0 stars I would. I made a call to corporate who did nothing.

Our stay was excellent as expected.
Pros:

The breakfast bar was ok! Considering this is not a 5 star hotel, the selection was adequate!
Overall my wife and I enjoyed our stay. The staff was very professional. Greetings as we entered the lobby and made us feel very welcomed. We would definitely stay there again in the future!!

Cons:

Honestly we didn't feel let down in any sense. We frequently travel and somewhat know what to expect according to demographics and the establishments rating. We were not disappointed at all!
