Moc příjemný hotel. Sympatický personál, který vesměs mluví anglicky.
Pestré snídaně.
Nádherná zahrada s osvětleným bazénem, kde se dalo vegetit až do 23 hodin.
Výborná restaurace.
Hned u moře, nejbližší pláž 5 minut.
Půjčují zdarma kola.

Cons:

Chybí sušáky na ručníky na balkón.
Chtělo by to lepší údržbu. Měli jsme dva pokoje a v obou zlobily sprchy.
Restaurace na Sicílii trochu drahá.
Pěkné pláže jsou kus cesty.

Bellissima struttura complimenti molto curata e pulita la piscina è stupenda

Cons:

Dovrebbe avere altri piccoli accorgimenti da 4 stelle resort non c’è sapone per l’igiene intima, crema idratante per il corpo e un filo dove poter mettere i costumi ad asciugare

Wohlfühloase zwischen Meer und Etna
Pros:

Eine super Lage mit wirklich direktem Blick auf den Etna und Laufnähe zum Hafen. Das Hotel ist schick und gemütlich zugleich. Das Personal ist sympathisch und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist von sehr guter Qualität, das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und bedient jeden Geschmack., Tolle Zimmerausstattung. Bequeme Matratzen und Kissen. Auch das Parken ist sehr komfortabel. Der Pool ist sehr schön, auch, wenn wir ihn nicht genutzt haben. Zusammenfassend ist es eine kleine, sehr sympathische Wohlfühloase. Für Ausflüge in der Region liegt Risposto auch wirklich gut.

Cons:

Wir haben ehrlich gesagt nichts gesehen, dass uns nicht gefallen hat.

La struttura è bellissima esteticamente e internamente, le stanze sono eleganti e raffinate nei minimi dettagli, sia quelle che hanno la vista dal balcone che da sul mare che quelle che hanno vista piscina. La cucina prepara piatti eccellenti . La piscina stupenda. Tutto il personale ottimo

Struttura pulitissima, accogliente e stupenda. Si affaccia sul mare e si respira un aria straordinaria. Abbiamo anche mangiato al ristorante con prodotti freschi , servizio impeccabile. La stanza un po piccola, ma dotata di tutti i comfort.

Cons:

Migliorerei la cura verso il cliente. Atteggiamento freddo, distaccato.
la pulizia giornaliera è stata deludente. Non sono state buttate nemmeno le bottigliette vuote e la doccia non era stata pulita.
Migliorerei anche la colazione: ci sono davvero pochi prodotti, ma di qualità.

Leuk hotel , vriendelijke mensen en vandaaruit veel te bezichtigen in de buurt
Pros:

Klein hotel met zeer goede faciliteiten, zeer mooie tuin met zwembad met ligstoelen, Personeel heel vriendelijk en gaan ook een gesprek met je aan. Wij waren er ook begin juni en willen zeker nog eens terug gaan. Een extraatje, je hebt de Etna bijna in de achtertuin liggen.

Cons:

Tegen viel niets al zouden ze tijdens de middaglunch iets eenvoudigers kunnen aanbieden.
