Immer wieder gerne
Pros:

Es war einfach nur schön. Tolles Ambiente, leckeres Essen, gemütliches und sauberes Zimmer und ein suuuuuper freundliches Team. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Pros:

Superbe hôtel très bien placé dans permet. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse somptueux, les chambres splendides.

Cons:

À part les activités proposées par l’hôtel nous avons regretté de ne pas pouvoir avoir d’informations concernant les randos et visites alentours

Gorgeous hotel - great service
Pros:

Beautiful well designed facilities with quality fittings and bedding etc. very nice staff and food was also great!

Cons:

It would be amazing if the hotel could coordinate with the custodian of the st Mary church to get visitors access. It’s a big attraction for visitors and hard to access.

L’emplacement et la salle de bain

Cons:

L’odeur de feu dans la chambre et le contour de la cheminé était sale. Il manquait aussi une robe de chambre ,une deuxième brosse à dent . Ce n’est rien de grave mais à ce prix là on s’attend à un service de qualité .
Mais la chose qui nous a le plus déçu c’est la mauvaise fois de la réceptionniste . nous avions réservé pour deux nuits mais lors du Check in nous avons fait savoir que nous aimerions rester seulement une nuit car nos plan avaient changer . À partir de ce moment là , nous nous sommes fait mener en bateau jusqu’au lendemain et nous avons dû payer les deux nuits alors que nous sommes rester seulement une. Aucune effort n’a était fait ,aucune négociation possible ,et surtout changement de motif durant la conversation . Ils sont motivé que par l’argent ,le reste leur importe peu.
