Café da manhã básico. Localização ótima, bem no Centro. Cheguei de madrugada e consegui fazer check-in.

Cons:

As camas deixaram a desejar. Os colchões estavam cobertos por um material plástico grosso, que dava sensação de cama hospitalar e passava a impressão de que não são trocados com frequência. Havia deformações no colchão que prejudicaram a qualidade do sono. O quarto estava sem lençol para se cobrir, precisei solicitar um na recepção, e os cobertores aparentavam ser antigos, com desgaste visível (bolinhas). No banheiro não havia ducha higiênica; a tampa do vaso sanitário era de baixa qualidade e não se mantinha aberta, obrigando-me a usar o banheiro com a tampa apoiada nas costas o tempo todo.

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos.

Cons:

Não tinha isolamento entre as paredes dos quartos e externo ao hotel o que interferiu para dormir à noite. Pela manhã, para sinalizar para o pessoal da limpeza, a recepção aperta diversas vezes campainhas o que interfere bastante em questão de barulho.
