Pros:

Aziza, the housekeeper was very nice, thank you for the great breakfast. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautifully arranged. I'd also like to thank the owner for his flexibility after I had made a mistake with the reservation. We came here twice and will come again next time.

Everything is good. Good value for money. Perfect location in old medina. AC as a heater works fine.

Le personnel est aimable, et je me suis sentie comme à la maison.
Pros:

Grande chambre familiale avec les lits enfants sur une mezzanine. Belle décoration. Superbe petit déjeuner copieux.

Cons:

Je n’ai pas eu d’eau chaude dans ma douche. Sanitaire un peu délabré.

Un service très correct, un rapport qualité prix imbattable.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner généreux, en version sucré uniquement, nous n'avons pas demandé si une autre option existait ça nous allait très bien, un personnel attentif, un établissement pas moderne mais bien tenu.

Cons:

C'est un Dar, donc tout est proche, les chambres donnant directement sur la pièce dédiée au petit déjeuner il n'était pas trop question d'intimité ou de grasse matinée.
Néanmoins pour son prix la qualité de service est nettement supérieure à une auberge de jeunesse ou un refuge.
Les qualités l'emportent sur les désagréments.

Super riad
Pros:

Le riad est très joli, la literie est confortable. Le personnel est disponible pour vous aider. Petit déjeuner sympathique aussi et servi à emporter si vous partez très tôt ce qui est super.

Cons:

Le riad est un peu éloigné de la zone touristique mais si on se perd pas dans les rues, on y accède tout de même rapidement à pied.

Pros:

Un riad traditionnel magnifique orné de zellige qui reflète l'esthétique du créateur traditionnel et l'identité fassi, avec des plafonds décorés. En termes de localisation, il se trouve au cœur de la médina, près de tous les sites historiques comme la Qaraouiyine, la zawiya tidjaniya et le mausolée de Moulay Idriss. Il est aussi facile à trouver. Quant aux services, un grand merci à l'hôtesse du riad pour son excellent accueil et sa générosité.

Cons:

La télévision n'est pas en marche, elle est en panne. De plus, le sèche-cheveux est absent malgré la mention qui en a été faite par le propriétaire du riad lors de la description des équipements.
De plus, le pommeau de douche dans la salle de bain présente un problème: quand l'eau est activée, elle fuit du côté du tuyau, ce qui empêche l'eau d'atteindre le pommeau.

Fue algo complicado encontrar y llegar al hotel, deberían poner indicaciones claras y específicas sobre cómo poder llegar al hotel.
