“Mascleta’ y Fallas Únicas de Valencia”
Pros:

Es un apartamento apenas para tres personas, todo muy bien, limpio, completo y muchos detalles para que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa 🏠 les doy unas gracias muy especiales🫶👍

Pros:

La limpieza y el lugar muy comodo. La distancia con el centro y los medios de transporte.

Cons:

Una lavadora vendria bien, aunque hay lavanderias. El televisor es muy antiguo y no se puede utilizar para ver contenido en streaming y habia que configurarlo cada vez que se encendia, muy malo, en la cocina se hecho en falta mas cosas tipicas, sal,azucar, aceite, una sarten mas grande. Pero esta correcto en general.

Apreciate customer service and how they resolved a problem.
Pros:

The staff was very responsive and offered an excellent replacement. They were very helpful and made sure that we will be satisfied. Day 3-7 apartment was great. Backgroun: We booked 7 nights. 1st day - we had an issue with the apartment (swage smell, not uncommon in Valencia) and the next morning we complained. Within 1 hour we were offered replacement alternatives. The 2ns day apartment was good. The "Day 3-7 apartment" was great. That 3rd apartment in El Carmen was great and we appreciated it. So our rating is based on a blend of 3 apartments.

Cons:

The initial apartment had swage smell which disturbed us. We understand that it is not uncommon in Valencia. Still, we felt that it should have been addressed at least by airing the apartment, flashing the swage system and checking for plumbing issues. The next door apartment was OK. Later we read that another renter complained about it too. Later we found that staying in the old town, i.e. El Carmen was, for us, a much better location

Mind the SMELL!
Pros:

Location ok, market and pizzeria very very close, bus station very close, metro pretty close (300m).

Cons:

THE SEWAGE SMELL. I had read about the smell, but it was said to be only in the building lobby. We had it in the room also. Not all the time, but sometimes it was horrible.
Also, interacting with a robot/AI on whatsapp for anything we needed was not the best option. We have asked for a couple more coffee cartridges on the last day, but that was not possible. We've bought a full pack from the market for 3 euros and left the rest in the apartment, no problem, but it would've been nice if they had only delivered what we've asked.

Un lieu où se reposer tranquillement après de belles visites de la ville juste à côté
Pros:

L’emplacement, la taille de la chambre/studio, le confort du couchage, la propreté, l a simplicité d’accès…
Nous étions dans la chambre pour les personnes handicapés et elle est très très bien.
Si besoin, j’aurais pu utiliser une plate-forme pour accéder au 1er niveau.
Si un jour je suis contrainte au fauteuil roulant, je viendrai dans ce studio.

Cons:

Peut être le bruit de la porte de l’immeuble qui était juste en dessous de la chambre mais sincèrement on a très bien dormi.

Pobyt bardzo udany. Lokalizację znalazłem perfect
Pros:

Bardzo blisko do kawiarni max 100m i ze spokojem można było zjeść różnorodne śniadania . Bardzo blisko do metra , autobusu i tramwaju. wszystko pod ręką. Polecam tą lokalizację, spokój i cisza. wieczorem tez jest gdzie poimprezować ;-)

Cons:

Jedyna rzecz to na klatce schodowej był nieprzyjemny zapach jakby z kanalizacji, ale nie było to zbyt uciążliwe, bo nie przesiadywałem na niej. Myślę, że byłą jakaś awaria i nie było gdzie otworzyć okna.

Great apartment!
Pros:

Great location. Near the location there are coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and the bus stop.
The apartment was spacious, enought for a family of 4.

Cons:

The tile floor was very cold, some slippers would be very good. There is a sewage smell on the hallway, but fortunately not in the rooms.

Apartamento perfecto 🤩
Pros:

Un apartamento muy muy muy completo, cómodo, y limpio. Cada 2-3 toallas limpias. Cocina equipada. Una zona tranquila, cerca de los sitios que nos interesaban. Una estancia perfecta.

Cons:

No daría ningún punto negativo. Encantadas. 😊
