Pros:

Such a clean hotel in an excellent location. The staff were so friendly and caring. One lady even asked if we had eaten. Bed was super comfy and the room very clean

Cons:

The stairwell is very noisy with other quests. Not the fault of the hotel.

Très bon accueil et toujours prêt à nous aider. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Salle de bain agréable. Calme. Proche du centre.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a convenient location close to town centre and river.
Reception kindly helped me book a cheaper transfer to Hanoi than I was able to find online.
Rooms were turned down each day with fresh water provided.

Pros:

Hotel room was great. Staff even though using google translate to communicate they were.fanatasic in assisting us. Lots of places for local breakfast which I loved but if after western food you are out of luck. Property 10/10

Thank to you, I could enjoy to stay in Cao Bang.
Pros:

Bed is comfortable. This hotel is convenient to go to restaurants or shopping.

Cons:

I wanted to eat breakfast in hotel cafe. It was closed while I stay.
