Wegen des fürchterlichen Lärms und Basses der Dachbar wirst du bis 3 Uhr morgens nicht „schlafen“ können.

Es ist hässlich, dreckig, laut (auch wegen des Verkehrs draußen) und gefährlich (wegen der zerbrochenen Spiegelgläser).
Du wirst Kakerlaken in deinem Zimmer haben und Ratten rennen auf dem Boden im Gang herum.
Andere „Gäste“ sind auch sehr laut und respektieren deine Ruhe nicht.
GEH NIEMALS HIERHER UND WIRF DEIN GELD NICHT WEG, es sollte bessere Hotels geben.

The service was extremely poor. The entire bathroom was dirty, and breakfast was served late, even after some guests had already checked out.

Cockroaches x 3 in the room, holes in the sheets from bed bugs, stained sheets, walls were gross. The outside corridor tiles were filthy and covered in god knows what.

⭐ 0/5 – WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was so bad I feel the need to warn others.

The first room we were given was absolutely filthy — stained bed sheets, hair all over the floor, a broken toilet, and a strong foul smell. There were cockroaches and bed bugs literally everywhere, which made it impossible to feel safe or comfortable.

We asked to change rooms, but the second room had the same issues — still dirty, still full of bugs. At this point, we had to switch to a third room, and I personally called the cleaner to clean it while I supervised, because I couldn’t trust the staff to do it properly. The third room was slightly better, but there was still a bad smell coming from the toilet, cockroaches were still present, and we kept finding bed bugs. There was no AC remote and no TV remote either.

The worst part was the rooftop club — the loud bass thumping went on until 6 AM and was clearly audible from our room. This ruined our sleep for two nights. It felt more like staying inside a nightclub than a hotel.

To make things worse, there were blood stains that were left uncleaned for an entire day. I had to personally tell the cleaner to remove them.

The photos online are completely misleading — they do not match the reality of this hotel at all. I honestly don’t know how booking.com allows this property to advertise as a 3-star hotel. Based on cleanliness, safety, and comfort, this is a 0-star hotel in my opinion.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location — but you can definitely get a much better room for the same price at other nearby hotels like Kama Hotel.

Save yourself the trouble and do NOT stay here.

1.Kamar kotor# masuk pertama kali kecoak sudah berkeliaran di lantai.
2. TV tidak berfungsi# kata nya sudah 1 bulan tidak berfungsi & sudah di beritahukan iklan hotel tsb
3. Berisik# dentuman musik bar dr lantai 3 terdengar sampai kamar hingga jm 3 subuh
4. Alat mandi# tdak tersedia sbun mandi, hnya skat & pasta gigi. Handuk mandi tidak bersih# ada noda bercak
5. Internet# internet tidak bs koneksi. Sudah di login tp sinyal sgt lemah jd tidak bisa di gunakan sama sekali...
6. Resto di lantai 3 kotor# saat menunggu sarapan, ada tikus berkeliaran di lantai. AMPUN DECH
