Muito confortável! Otima localização
We stayed 2 nights here as part of a small group tour of Morocco. So far, it has been one of the nicer hotels we have stayed in. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide selection of tasty foods. Desserts were excellent. Our room was large with a comfortable King size bed and plenty of options on the tv. Our biggest complaint was no WiFi coverage in our room. You could get it in the lobby and on the rooftop terrace so we had to use slower cellular data.
The rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable, the showers are good and the breakfast was plentiful! As a light sleeper my only complaint would be the noise of the busy street outside that sadly kept me awake good part of the night! The wifi did not work in my room ( but in reception it’s good )
It was a good experience even though the price was kinda expensive as a Moroccan but I think I will visit it again soon. The view was iconic and the sunset was crazy also this helps you relax and enjoy a quiet time alone or with your friends . And the service was good but the food quality wasn’t the best !
Tres propre
ervices disponibles
mais un peu cher!!
bien placé!
This was a disappointing stay. We stayed for two nights as a couple at a part of an organised tour. It appears to be a modern luxury hotel and could potentially be very good. The staff were not particularly friendly or responsive. The breakfast was cold and tired. The fresh orange was good until it ran out. No alcohol. There were no coffee facilities in room. Maybe things were poor because it was Ramadan. The roof terrace and pool were closed. Some aspects of the room layout was wrong Our WiFi worked fine and our room was spacious and quiet. There is a panoramic view from the top floor however the hotel is not in the attractive old part of the city. There are cash machine and restaurants convenient.
Hotel a la sortie de fez. Le Personel est tres gentil, la chambre confortable mais la restauration est a désirée
部屋の清潔さ 設備も大変良く お陰様でゆっくり眠る事が出来ました。
Nice lobby that’s about it. More of a 3 star at best. Very worn rooms and furnishings. Roofdeck closed. Staff friendly. Room was clean however. Breakfast ok but charged for bottled water. Coffee machine terrible. Much nicer places to stay. Wouldn’t return.
Here with our G Adventures tour group. Room was large with the Bed and pillows being very comfortable. Very clean room with all we needed. Breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of foods, all delicious. Hotel is in the center of town with cash machine right next door.
Muito bom o hotel, só que falava estacionamento grátis! Mas era na rua dentro do hotel pagava!
There is furniture blocking the fire stairs leading from the Restaurant on the eighth floor . This was reported to staff in the morning, but they had failed to act by the evening. Otherwise this is a pleasant hotel and we have enjoyed our stay. I am reporting this here to encourage action on fire safety
After staying in a basic Riad in the medina of Marrrakech for 5 days, then a three day trip through the mountains and dessert, this was our final few nights, looking forward to a bit of luxury, a spa and a pool.
We had booked a deluxe room with twin beds, but received an email to say this couldn't be confirmed until arrival. I emailed 3 times about this as a twin room was essential. Eventually received a response that we had a tein room.
We had a gorgeous large clean room but no tea/coffee making facilities and oh my god, soooo noisy from the main road and other guests, we didn't sleep at all (despite me living on a noisy main road in the UK so used to it) but this was something else.
Don't get rooms 401 to 405 for that reason.
Lovely ambiance in the restaurant, breakfast OK, didn't use restaurant in the evening as seamed quite pricey.
Went to use the pool on the roof, lovely seating area and views but no water in the pool!
This could be a lovely modern hotel, so much effort put into the look and furnishings, but not guests expectations of a 5 star hotel. Really needs sound proofing. Thought it had a bar, but it doesn't. All the staff very nice, helpful and attentive.
I would stay again as it was spotlessly clean and new, but would call to ensure I had a room away from the road.
Very basic services. No alcohol available. 2 small bottles of water even if stayed for a year. You must buy your own. Cannot get any small change for tips. Breakfast vey good. Asked for a quiet room and got on on Main Street 6 lanes and thousands of motorcycles. They changed me but to a smaller room.
This worked well for a one-night stay before a return flight, with an excellent restaurant (La Morille) next door. A well-equipped, comfortable room, and a lively bar (no alcohol) on the roof terrace. No time for breakfast given the early flight - slight worry when it transpired they'd forgotten about the transfer we had booked, but easy to get a taxi with minimal delay.
Einfach genial ,Dankeschön Zineb
I was searching for a hotel that could let me check in early and I let them know I was leaving at 5:30 pm that evening to catch a plane. Upon arrival at Nour Plaza hotel I was told that it was fine and that I would be able to stay there until 5:30 PM, when I had to leave to go catch my flight. When I return to the hotel, after visiting the tourist sites, I was told at 2:30 PM that I had to leave immediately because they were expecting someone else to go into room. When I expressed my surprise and disapproval, the front desk, young man was so disrespectful. I offered to pay for 1/2 of the time there, because I had only been there for a total of nine hours. I was told no I had to pay for the whole day. I couldn’t leave. I was forced to pay for a whole day, which I did not receive from this hotel. I told them there were 100 other hotels I could’ve gone to, and if they had told me that they could not accommodate me I wouldn’t have stayed there. But, being ever desperate for$$ the guy at the counter said I had to pay. I told told them there were 100 other hotels I could’ve gone to, and if they had told me that they can accommodate me I wouldn’t have stayed there. But, being ever desperate for the dollar, they shook me down. In addition, that the front desk guy was so creepy - he was like scratching or playing with his balls when in speaking to me, it was disgusting. I don’t know if there’s some sexism based on poor understanding of women that are from the west or what but it was very weird and very gross. I have traveled to some of the finest hotels in the world, and some of the most mediocre hotels in the world, and I’ve never been treated with the disrespect that I experienced this hotel.. If you’re a solo woman traveler do not travel there. Other things that were wrong: The dining room chairs were filthy. They had residue of some sort on them and it was disgusting; further the breakfast buffet was ice cold -my eggs were so gross. The one nice thing I can say is that the bell boy was very nice and helpful and he even apologized for what he saw me go through with the front desk. Other than that there’s no redeeming quality to this hotel. It is a basic run-of-the-mill kind of mediocre place. These idiots are so desperate for a dollar that they forced me to pay for time that I didn’t get to use it at hotel. Don’t stay here, there are I am sure plenty of other mediocre establishments that will treat you with respect in fairness.
Mooie accomendatie op een prima cemtrale plek in Fes. Vriendelijk personeel en mooie schone kamer
Fast efficient check-in, rooms are very nice and well established. Restaurant is great (there was buffet when I went). Terrace/Rooftop patio is nice and comfortable, okay view. Wifi was not functional except for the lobby and terrace.
