Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut und das Personal freundlich.

Cons:

Die Minibar war leer und kühlte kaum.Ausserdem war der Kühlschrank dreckig.DerLüfter war verdreckt sowie die Heizkörper. Das Frühstück war unbeschriftet und sehr einfach gehalten.Es war das Geld nicht wert.

Guter kompfortabler Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Möbelierung des Zimmers ist hervorragend, ideal für längere Aufenthalte. Sehr geräumig. Genügend Schränke und Arbeitsfläche. ÖNV in 5 Minuten erreichbar. PKW Abstellung gut. Tiefgarage wird angeboten. Frühstück im Haus ausreichend und gut. Restaurant mit Dachteerasse.

Früher Check in war ohne Probleme
Rezeption war freundlich und auf der Terrasse das Restaurant war auch sehr schön.

Cons:

Kühlschrank fehlt im Zimmer. Es war sehr warm gerade gewesen.

Kurzurlaub für Dresden-Besuch
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und alles war sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber dennoch funktional und ok. Das Frühstück war gut; wenn etwas fehlte, wurde nachgelegt. Und es war für jeden Geschmach etwas dabei. Die gesamte Anlage schien gut gepflegt zu sein. Parkplätze umliegend kostenfrei vorhanden. Ruhige Lage. Frühstück gibt es im Restaurant im oberen Stockwerk; mit Dachterrasse und Blick auf die Umgebung.

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer standen 2 große Schreibtische - wozu? Eine Sitzecke oder gepolsterte Stühle bzw. Sessel wären angenehmer und komfortabler. Genug Platz ist ja vorhanden. Es ist ein kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden - aber keine Getränke. Es fehlte auch ein Wasserkocher für Kaffee- oder Teezubereitung. Bei heißen Temperaturen gibt es keine Klimaanlage - aber ggf. werden dann Ventilatoren bereit gestellt?

Zimmer war nicht sauber (Kirschkerne, Taschentücher auf dem Fußboden)
Balkontür defekt, sodass ich vom Balkon nicht mehr in mein Zimmer kam. 1 Stuhl defekt
Fernseher ließ sich auch nicht einschalten

Für 3 Tage in Ordnung, für länger müßten wir näher zum Zentrum

Frühstück war einfach, aber ausreichend. Fußläufig ins Zentrum ca. 2 - 3 km, wenig Lokalitäten im näheren Umkreis (500 bis 1000m)
