Overall, my experience was disappointing and did not justify the standard advertised.
Pros:

What I like most about the property is the swimming pool.

Cons:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at your property, as there were several issues that affected my experience.

Firstly, the shower head in the bathroom was not functioning properly. In addition, the glass shelf for toiletries appeared loose and unstable, which made me concerned about placing my personal items there.

Furthermore, the bedsheets were not in a satisfactory condition, as there were visible yellow stains. This raised concerns about cleanliness and hygiene.

Lastly, I was disappointed with the service provided by the staff on the night shift yesterday, as the attitude displayed was not up to the expected standard.

I hope these matters can be looked into and improved to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Good stay
Pros:

Comfortable stay with swimming pool. Good for kids

Cons:

Toilet was not clean. Stinky smell. Other than that stay was nice.

Promising place but neighbor noise at night was bothersome.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and check in was clear and easy.

Cons:

We stayed in lower level room which was convenient so that we didn’t have to carry suitcases up a narrow spiral staircase. However the people staying above us were very loud until 11:15pm and the floors are such that you can hear people running around above.
