We arrived at the property around 5pm and were immediately shocked by the condition of the apartment. The windows faced directly into a messy laundry room, with no ventilation or fresh air in the apartment at all. This was not mentioned in the description on Booking.com.
We contacted the owner to request a room change with a better view. The owner said they would come to the apartment, but never arrived and instead sent someone from the laundry room next door.
While waiting, we noticed many mouse traps (around 10) placed in the common area near the pool, which made us feel very uncomfortable about hygiene and safety. The kitchen facilities were extremely poor and not suitable for cooking as advertised. The bathroom and the apartment in general were not clean.
Due to these conditions and the fact that we booked it for 5 nights, we did not feel safe or comfortable staying there and had to leave immediately. We requested a refund, but were told the booking was non-refundable, despite the apartment clearly not matching the advertised standard. The owner even mentioned that since we didn't see any, there are no mice in the apartment or in the common area. But everyone knows that if there are 10+ mouse traps in one place, there is a problem.
This listing is misleading and does not reflect the real condition of the property. I would not recommend this place to anyone and strongly advise future guests to be cautious.
I requested a refund from the owner officially, but they rejected it even though we did not stay there.
In the end, Booking.com refunded me with only 25EUR. We immediately booked another place and happily stayed there for our trip.

No hay o no ví algún lugar para desayunar

We had only one problem in that the first night we were in a room alongside the road. The traffic sounds and dogs barking across street made sleep almost impossible for light sleepers. When we asked to be moved, we were moved to an inside room that was larger and very quiet - problem solved. If you book here, ask for an inside suite.

Nada especial.

L'établissement assez reculer du centre mais très bien desservi par les transports en commun.
L'hôtel à un système Airbnb, donc pas de réception.
Par contre l'hôte est très réactif sur WhatsApp, pendant ces heures de services de 8h/18h.
Si il se passe une urgent après 18h, je ne c'est pas comment cela se passe.
Mais tout est bien organisé et calibré.
Se fut le meilleur hôtel de notre séjour.
Qualité/ Prix parfait.

Las cucarachas que no dejaban de salir del baño y que nunca contestaron llamadas y mensajes para poder ofrecerme una alternativa. Tuve que buscar otro alojamiento por la primera noche.
A la mañana siguiente hicieron la cancelación de la habitación sin ofrecer alternativas.
Tuve que perder toda la mañana buscando donde quedarme porque por la zona todo estaba lleno por un congreso. Hice la reservación con más de un mes de anticipación y esta situación me afectó completamente mis planes.
En la hora y media que estuve en la habitación tuve problemas con la red.

Que no tengo contacto con la propietaria y las normas son muy pragmáticas

1. The place is right on a busy street with a constant flow of cars and trucks. We were given unit #10 which is the closest to the street. After the first night that my wife and I did not sleep a wink due to noise, I Whats Apped the owner/ manger and asked to put us farther away from the road. They gave us an option; to move to a quieter unit, they demanded an additional 50% (of the original  Bookings.com rate) premium. As I refused to be blackmailed they supplied us with ear plugs. I talked to another guest that relayed a similar story. Make of it what you will.
2. Weak, spotty internet that worked about 50% of the time, half of that well. Seems to be based on how many people were on it at the same time.
3. Weak water pressure and half of the time there was no hot water (though never totally cold). The microwave wasn't working.
4. Check the furniture!: my wife sat on a chair, it broke and she broke a glass cup. Upon examination, one of the legs was not screwed in but was held by piece of tape.

We wont be back.
