Buena ubicación, total independencia.
Pros:

La ubicación y la privacidad que no tienes que andar buscando a persona de recepción ni nada. Todo está muy bien organizando para tu poder entrar y salir sin asistencia ni ayuda de nadie.
La ubicación es maravillosa para los que traemos coche pues estás a unas como 6 cuadras de paseo Montejo.
El agua caliente inmediatamente.

Cons:

Cuando entras a la habitación huele mucho a Pinol o uno de estos limpiadores muy fuertes.
Las ventanas están viejas ( de la habitación 7), lo cual no es problema en si, como que no sacudieron bien los bordes de las ventanas.
El mosaico del piso si bien está limpio y es mosaico es horrible y te sientes en una bodega hecha cuartito.
El dispensador de jabón en el baño está justamente arriba del papel de baño así que no hay forma que no la caiga agua, aunque tiene una medio protección de metal el papel. ( de todas formas creo no hay dónde más ponerlo )

Affordable but not very cosy or well maintained hotel
Pros:

Large room, there is a pool, staff was friendly (through the app, not present on site).

Cons:

It seems not very well maintained. Stains on the floor of which we were not really sure if it could have been cleaned better. Quite a long walk from the center.

Very disappointing stay – misleading listing and poor conditions
Pros:

My boyfriend and I booked this place in Merida for 5 nights, because the location looked good, the room looked very well equipped and clean and the reviews were generally good as well. After our very nice experience in Tulum staying in a boutique hotel and even extending it for a couple of days, we thought this one being nonrefundable should be fine as we trusted the descriptions should match.

Cons:

We arrived at the property around 5pm and were immediately shocked by the condition of the apartment. The windows faced directly into a messy laundry room, with no ventilation or fresh air in the apartment at all. This was not mentioned in the description on Booking.com.
We contacted the owner to request a room change with a better view. The owner said they would come to the apartment, but never arrived and instead sent someone from the laundry room next door.
While waiting, we noticed many mouse traps (around 10) placed in the common area near the pool, which made us feel very uncomfortable about hygiene and safety. The kitchen facilities were extremely poor and not suitable for cooking as advertised. The bathroom and the apartment in general were not clean.
Due to these conditions and the fact that we booked it for 5 nights, we did not feel safe or comfortable staying there and had to leave immediately. We requested a refund, but were told the booking was non-refundable, despite the apartment clearly not matching the advertised standard. The owner even mentioned that since we didn't see any, there are no mice in the apartment or in the common area. But everyone knows that if there are 10+ mouse traps in one place, there is a problem.
This listing is misleading and does not reflect the real condition of the property. I would not recommend this place to anyone and strongly advise future guests to be cautious.
I requested a refund from the owner officially, but they rejected it even though we did not stay there.
In the end, Booking.com refunded me with only 25EUR. We immediately booked another place and happily stayed there for our trip.

Great location!
Pros:

This place was a fantastic value. The room and bed were comfortable, we had a small kitchen which we used to prepare breakfast and snacks, the pool was lovely - both to sit around and enjoy the garden and to swim. A large stadium open to public is one block away with facilities for every sport imaginable. The Paseo de Montejo was 4-5 blocks away; we never tired of walking it and exploring galleries, restaurants, and going to the central plaza in the heart of city. Communication with owner was excellent, and we were given fresh water and a coffee kit daily.

Cons:

We had only one problem in that the first night we were in a room alongside the road. The traffic sounds and dogs barking across street made sleep almost impossible for light sleepers. When we asked to be moved, we were moved to an inside room that was larger and very quiet - problem solved. If you book here, ask for an inside suite.

Le logement est très propre, calme et parfait, avec pleins d'attentions et matériels.
Les extérieurs sont agréable et tres bien entretenus dont aussi la piscine, on n'a pu se baigner du coup jusqu'à présent dans d'autres hôtels se n'était pas le cas.
Le personnel d'entretien est très gentils.
La laverie à côté est très pratique et l'employée à était très serviable à notre arrivé.
Seven Eleven à meme 5min à pied.

Cons:

L'établissement assez reculer du centre mais très bien desservi par les transports en commun.
L'hôtel à un système Airbnb, donc pas de réception.
Par contre l'hôte est très réactif sur WhatsApp, pendant ces heures de services de 8h/18h.
Si il se passe une urgent après 18h, je ne c'est pas comment cela se passe.
Mais tout est bien organisé et calibré.
Se fut le meilleur hôtel de notre séjour.
Qualité/ Prix parfait.

Cons:

Las cucarachas que no dejaban de salir del baño y que nunca contestaron llamadas y mensajes para poder ofrecerme una alternativa. Tuve que buscar otro alojamiento por la primera noche.
A la mañana siguiente hicieron la cancelación de la habitación sin ofrecer alternativas.
Tuve que perder toda la mañana buscando donde quedarme porque por la zona todo estaba lleno por un congreso. Hice la reservación con más de un mes de anticipación y esta situación me afectó completamente mis planes.
En la hora y media que estuve en la habitación tuve problemas con la red.
