Pros:

Very beautiful village like fairytale.
Igloos are beautiful and peaceful.
What is special is the view you have 360° just ideal for nature lovers and Aurora Hunting.
Igloo is just perfect for 2 people and beautiful.
I highly recommend this place

Cosy, welcoming and magical
Pros:

We would definitely recommend staying here for the atmosphere and friendly staff. The resort really does feel cosy, welcoming and magical. There is a free shuttle to take you back and forth to Levi skiing. The night we stayed it snowed all through the night so it was like sleeping in an igloo, but we were very comfortable and warm.

Cons:

It was incredibly expensive

Friendly Staff and the igloo was modern.

Cons:

Parking is too far.
Not a hotel, hard to find on Google maps
Food is medium at best, few choices.
Toilet is cold, water is not heated enough.

Piramidi molto belle, camera pulita ed accogliente, buona la colazione

Cons:

Consiglio l affitto della macchina perché un po fuori dal centro di Levi, quando siamo andati noi non era attivo il servizio navetta della struttura da/per Levi. La cena è servita in un ristorante a Levi e non è in loco.

Be prepared to face some confusion, if you’re okay with that, this place is alright!

Room was very comfortable. The beds were adjustable. Scenery was amazing in the morning.

Cons:

PSA!!!!!! This place is INSIDE the elves village!!! If u use GPS/waze/google maps and key in the address of this igloo, you will NOT be able to enter. The gate will not open for you. You need to go through the main entrance of the Elves village. We used google maps and REALLYYY had a hard time going in! We were soooo lost and confused! We got in by pure luck!

There is no exact “reception” area, they are trying to merge the restaurant staff/ people working around the area to “reception”. Everything just felt a little weird, it’s like you can check in and check out anywhere in the village? Also if you have an emrgency, idk what will happen to u…. I’m just glad we were okay.

Die Pyramide ist ein einmaliges Erlebnis, wenn Nordlichter da sind - aber sehr teuer.
Pros:

Die Pyramide an sich war ein tolles Erlebnis und wir hatten das Glück, dass die Nordlichter an dem Abend gut sichtbar waren. Die Pyramide ist eher klein bemessen, aber sehr stilvoll eingerichtet mit Wasserkocher und Nespresso Kaffeemaschine. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

- Das Frühstücksbuffet im Elves Village war gut.
- Im Visitor Center kann man sich aufwärmen.

Cons:

Uns war nicht klar, dass die Pyramiden Teil des Elves Village sind. Dieses ist zwar ganz herzig gestaltet, aber nicht unbedingt das, was man will, wenn man eine solch teure Glas Pyramide bucht. Das Elves Village ist sehr verspielt und auf Familien ausgerichtet, die Glas Pyramiden sind eher luxoriös - dies passt meiner Meinung nach nicht zusammen.

Ebenfalls sehr negativ:
- durch die Beleuchtung des Elves Village wird die Sicht auf die Nordlichter getrübt (weshalb man die Pyramide bucht)
- obwohl wir bereits über 400 CHF für die Pyramide zahlen, kostet im Elves Village nochmal alles extra (Rentiere, Elves Hideaway, Sauna)
- die Snacks im Visitor Center sahen nicht frisch aus und ich bin überzeugt, dass die Sandwiches und Donuts während den Tagen nicht ausgewechselt wurden.

Awesome!
Pros:
