Good really we was happy just minor with the bed situation and the restaurant I won’t use again when we come back

2 thing was the bed wasn’t really comfy and the restaurant food was very poor I tipped the waiter as she was right up our street for banter etc

Breakfast, the food was lovely but there are no facilities to keep the food on the buffet hot so some items were not as hot as I would have liked. Lovely selection though.

Well situated. A few tweaks needed. Otherwise a good stay.

Cons:

Bathroom sliding door wouldn’t stay shut.

Love the hotel HATED the bed, couldn’t sleep
Pros:

I loved the location, the overall atmosphere of the hotel and the staff were genuinely very nice (even though I did love the self check in and out)

Cons:

The bed in my room (117) was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, it was like sleeping on the floor it was so solid. I ended up folding the duvet and sleeping on top of that to get any sleep (I maybe got 5 hours? Waking up constantly)
There’s also not the best sound proofing between rooms (you can hear showers running etc)

Great location for shops ,Bars ,Restaurants. Lovely bar in the hotel for a drink ,Coffee etc very comfortable .Would definitely use hotel again . Staff very helpful .

Cons:

Had breakfast in hotel .Great selection of cooked food but unfortunately not very hot .

Comfortable, friendly establishment
Pros:

All round lovely stay last night. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. Very comfortable night in accessible room. The bar area has a really lovely vibe, beautiful. We shall definitely be back in the future.
