was fine, not overly impressed, will stay elsewhere if we return
Pros:

showers were really good & two gentle meant that we’re closing down the bar/restraurant area were really pleasant and talkative which was nice! The location was really convenient

Cons:

we didn’t really like, the style of ceiling chosen to compliment the rooms, not a massive deal breaker but definitely an eyesore, we paid extra to have a window yet all that was outside our window was AC UNITS that were loud all night! The staff weren’t very attentive, The parking situation wasn’t explained to us correctly, therefore ended up paying £33 pound for parking as nobody told us about the discount even after saying where we had parked! After we queried this as we were leaving she said well you should’ve done it yesterday then, and just shrugged her shoulders which wasn’t appreciated. And mattresses are rather hard and uncomfortable!

Just down Deansgate for a run along canal.
Clean functional room.
Effective air conditioning.
On suite bathroom.

Cons:

Breakfast not until 8am on Saturday.
No decaffeinated options in "galley"

Won’t be coming back
Pros:

Good atmosphere in the bar

Cons:

Was put in a disabled room.
Sink was tiny and nowhere to put tooth brush etc. Why have a hairdryer in the room but with no mirrors in it? Couldn’t see how I was drying my hair as only mirror was in bathroom and no plug
the whole room smelled horrible like someone had been ill in it

Very comfortable and welcoming place! We loved it
Pros:

I thought it was in the perfect area and had so many food places/supermarkets in the area. Little bar (mortleys) which is very aesthetically pleasing, our room was lovely kept clean and the staff were extremely friendly I would definitely stay here again!

Thanks to the friendliness of the staff
Pros:

Breakfast was good; fresh. Good variety. Staff: friendly

Cons:

Disappointing that sofa bed was not prepared despite an advanced confirmation. Had to ask for beddings, bath towel and Duvet. View wasn't nice at all.
