Pros:

Chegando no hotel fui impedido de fazer o check-in, como já aconteceu 1234124 de vezes, o hotel informa que não recebeu o pagamento da reserva, mesmo eu mostrando o comprovante o atendente e proprietário informou que só tinha conta na Caixa e não foi efetuado nenhum depósito, pois bem já eram quase 10 da noite de sábado, e eu tenho de ligar pra hoteis.com, mas me justificar e pedir por favor que o atendente ligue pro hotel pra o proprietário entender como funciona o negócio, é lamentável estás situações de extremo constrangimento, proprietários nem sabem como funciona as reservas e pagamentos pelo site, e simplesmente não autorizam check-in informando que você não pagou então não pode ficar
