Hotel Verbesserungsfähig durch das Hotelmanegement. Hier fehlt die Prüfung, Überwachung + Schärfung
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr freundlichen Empfang, inklusive schnellen Check-in. Das Hotel verfügt über ein Parkhaus und hat einen Swimming pool, klein aber ausreichend. Wir hatten die Suite gebucht. Die Suite ist sehr groß, verfügt über einen kleinen Ankleideraum und über ein sehr großes Bad mit separater Toilette, Dusche und einer frei stehenden Wanne, mit einer Aussicht über die Dächer von Purwokerto. Frühstück ist sehr gut und vielfältig, nur gute echte Butter (keine Margarine) und einen guten Orangensaft am morgen, das schaffen die Indonesischen Hotels im Landesinneren einfach nicht. Wir können dass nicht verstehen, obwohl es so gute Orangen in Indonesien gibt, die man pressen kann.

Wir haben es bereits wieder gebucht für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt im Stadtzentrum neben einer großen Shopping Mall. Grab Taxis sind gut verfügbar.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war am Boden im Toilettenbereich nicht sauber, ansonsten war die Sauberkeit gut. Es gibt nur ein großes Duschhandtuch pro Person, kleine Handtücher müssen nachgefragt werden, genauso wie leer gehendes Toilettenpapier. Die Handtücher haben einen unangenehmen Geruch, sodass wir unsere Handtücher ab jetzt mitbringen werden. Diesen Mangel kann man sicher schnell abstellen in der Wäscherei.

Restaurant zur Lunch time - Note 5, Schüler setzen, Essen gut angerichtet aber leider kalt (Sate!!!) Wie kann ein Koch so etwas rausgeben???? Das Bedienungspersonal spielt gerne mit den privaten Mobilphone, sodass an Aufmerksamkeit für den Gast fehlt.

One of the best hospitality by miss Emy Hotel Manager
Pros:

I had a alittle issue with the room I booked at this hotel, but the hotel manager responded quickly and provided the best service and ensured my comfort during my stay at Luminor Hotel. This was my first experience being prioritized in a hotel by a very friendly and gentle manager. Even when I checked out, the hotel manager gave me the best smile that made me very impressed with the hospitality of this hotel. Thank you to Miss Emy.
I feel like staying at Luminor is one of the best experiences I have ever had.

Great locations and great service
Pros:

The location is very good. In the downtown of purwokerto. This hotel also provides a free shuttle service to and from Purwokerto station

I chose this hotel because of its locaion and rating in booking.com., including the nice pictures.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. There was a lot of variety. Normally the wait staff would fill my coffee cup, but, I had to get my own coffee. The wait staff was quick to clear our table from dirty plates and used utensils, and they were very polite.

Cons:

The first was that I had to wait for over 30 minutes and two phone calls at the train station for the hotel shuttle. It was prearranged three days in advance and the front desk knew the train I was coming with and its time of arrival. This was my biggest disappointment.

The room was large,but, the bathroom was of a wet design. After a shower, the floor became slippery and dangerous for seniors.

The cleaning of the toilet and sink left a lot to be desired for a hotel of this calibre. Well below the cleanliness of international standards.

The bedsheet seemed to be fresh although there was a stain.

Our room did not smell fresh.

Pleasant, memorable and enjoyable! Keep up the great service, Luminor, will try your hotels in other different location
Pros:

The ambience was exactly what I have seen on the booking.com listing - modern, warm & friendly. The exterior and interior were delightful to find in a small city like Purwokerto. The staff from the security to the reception desk, cleaning service, housekeeping & hotel staff were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions/inquiry. We accidentally left a jacket in the car which took us from the hotel to the train station and just realised it when we were already on the train. A quick call and several WhatsApp messages, we have received our jacket delivered to our hometown. The free shuttle was a bonus ( I read your IG page about it) Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality and care. The food during breakfast was good too. A great idea too (for the environment) to have glass water pitchers which we filled drinking water from the water cooler. No plastic waste and able to have ample water when needed.

Cons:

The bed linen had some streaks/botches, the bathroom exhauster need to have a stronger suction power, & routine room checks. We noticed a room near ours which was not completely closed for more than several hours. We called the front desk to check, which they did.
