Mindboggling good food in an unexpected setting in an ancient forest
Pros:

The food is an undiscovered gem. The chef must be one of the best in Italy. If one think where this restaurant / hotel is located on Foresta Umbria, in the middle of an ancient forest, it boggles you mind to think that someone can come up with those quality dishes.

Cons:

The upkeep of the grounds around the hotel could have been better, but on the other hand, it feels part of the nature surrounding thecfacilities

Une très belle étape au milieu de la nature
Pros:

Lieu féerique entouré d'arbres magnifiques, un peu de fraicheur et beaucoup de calme. La chambre est confortable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la cuisine raffinée du restaurant, et la gentillesse du personnel.

Una splendida esperienza nel cuore della foresta
Pros:

L'hotel è immerso nel verde a pochi minuti da alcuni dei sentieri principali, la stanza è spaziosa e pulita, lo staff cordiale e la colazione abbondante. Tutto questo ha contribuito ad un soggiorno piacevole e rigenerante.

Cons:

Il riscaldamento in stanza non funzionava correttamente.
