Un peu cher mais la qualité est au rendez-vous, ça vaut le coup
La situation géographique et le restaurant
La chambre (chalet) très mal isolée, mal équipée, pas décorée, la literie pas qualitative…
The staff are amazing and the service is excellent. The location is superb, you wake up and go to sleep right in the heart of the forest. There's an option to rent out bikes and do the routes around the forest. The breakfast is very big with a wide selection. The atmosphere is special. We were lucky to be there when they had a special dinner set up right outside in the forest and everything was cooked over an open fire while a band was playing live Jazz.
Everything was great, so it's hard to write anything negative. The rooms a tiny bit basic and the price is a bit high. But honestly, we would come and stay there again happily

The food is an undiscovered gem. The chef must be one of the best in Italy. If one think where this restaurant / hotel is located on Foresta Umbria, in the middle of an ancient forest, it boggles you mind to think that someone can come up with those quality dishes.
The upkeep of the grounds around the hotel could have been better, but on the other hand, it feels part of the nature surrounding thecfacilities

Lieu féerique entouré d'arbres magnifiques, un peu de fraicheur et beaucoup de calme. La chambre est confortable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la cuisine raffinée du restaurant, et la gentillesse du personnel.
L'hotel è immerso nel verde a pochi minuti da alcuni dei sentieri principali, la stanza è spaziosa e pulita, lo staff cordiale e la colazione abbondante. Tutto questo ha contribuito ad un soggiorno piacevole e rigenerante.
Il riscaldamento in stanza non funzionava correttamente.

It is centrally located in the forest Umbra in the Gargano. Excellent location to restore after hiking.
