Se quer um quarto para descansar não é uma boa opção

Cons:

No anúncio fala que o quarto tinha tomadas próximo da cama. Me disponibilizam um quarto que só havia duas tomadas uma perto da porta e um dentro do banheiro, que por sinal não estava funcionando reclamei com a funcionária e nada foi resolvido.

Me colocaram em um quarto no final do corredor não sei se ela próximo da lavanderia o que era mas durante toda a noite escutei funcionários conversando e muita zoeira de máquina funcionando, um local com péssima acústica.

Quarto ótimo, mas para ser perfeita a hidromassagem precisava estar extremamente bem limpa.
Pros:

Atendimento OK, muito atenciosas, tiraram todas as minhas dúvidas, mas senti demora para resolver algumas questões simples.

Cons:

O problema maior foi uma,lâmpada acesa na varanda que fica totalmente claro no quarto. Tinha sensor mas ficava aceso direto pedi a telefonista várias vezes para resolver esse,problema ela não resolveu outros itens como chinelos nem cabia no pé só de tirar do plástico tem que,pagar.
