Good value hotel for this part of Danang.
Pros:

Good location and close to the beach. Large comfortable room and bed. Very good breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially Harry, the manager.

Cons:

Завтрак был сомнительный, но за эту цену пойдет. Бассейн в сомнительном состоянии, с поломанными ступеньками и фонариками ( что мне кажется даже не безопасным)

Rooftop views, great location, and amazing value!
Pros:

The pool and rooftop are perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The hotel is in a great location, and the staff are very friendly and always willing to help. They also offer scooter rentals and helpful information about local tours. Great value for money — would definitely stay here again

Cons:

The only downside was that the mattress felt a bit small and soft for my preference, but that’s just a personal taste.

Value for money if you are not a fussy traveller
Pros:

Location was great, in close proximity to the beach, eateries and massage. Very friendly and helpful staff we encountered during our stay.

Cons:

Cleanliness is subjective, so here’s my experience. Found little ants on the bed, housekeeping means just doing the bed without changing the sheets, changing towels without cleaning the surfaces (everything was left as is) & trash was only thrown if it’s in the bin (eg receipt that was crashed and didn’t land in the bin was still lying beside the bin after housekeeping). Made me wonder if the room was vacuumed or cleaned at all. My eczema flared up on the 3rd day of my stay, hence I was certain about the questionable cleaning.

International buffet is unfortunately sad, probably acceptable for short 2-3 days stay.

Good and worth for stay + friendly staffs
Pros:

We had a 2 nights stay at Senorita Boutique hotel, Danang from Hoi An. Everywhere easily access by grab and short walking distance to the beach. A lot of pharmacies, massage legs, mini markets, restaurants around. At night happening place. But the room has quite good sound proof that can't very hear outside noise.

The reception staffs are very good, polite and speaks English well. Ms Lia and another girl are very helpful and understanding. While the manager, Mr Harry is a very responsible guy. Asking us for opinions how to improvise the breakfast and well verse in English too. Polite and good hospitality. And we had asked for airport transfer service from hotel and Mr Harry and staffs are so kind, helping to send luggages to car and send us off.

Next time back to Danang will stay here again.

Hmm.. Just maybe the water pressure slightly low.

Pros:

Самое главное достоинство отеля, его расположение. Персонал тоже очень милый и доброжелательный. Завтраки для меня нормальные, мне на завтрак хватает супа Фото и чашки кофе. Про остальное не могу судить )))

Cons:

Тут больше замечаний: холодильник никакой, даже воду не охлаждал, не говоря уже о продуктах. Мало света в номере и ванной полумрак. В телевизоре нет никакого русского канала.
Когда покидаешь номер и вынимаешь пластиковую карточку, выключается всё, даже никакущий холодильник, кондиционер и телефон не заряжается.
Вот вам недорогой отель, который экономит на всём!
