Precioso lugar para unas vacaciones en Holbox!
Pros:

Nos encantó! Viajamos un grupo de 5 amigos y rentamos dos habitaciones por cinco noches. Todo muy lindo, nuevo y limpio. La alberca ayuda muchísimo a pasar el calor, es un plus tremendo. Tiene una mini nevera y aire acondicionado. La atención del servicio fantástica, nos limpiaron el cuarto cada vez que lo pedimos y nos permitieron dejar nuestras mochilas y usar la alberca después del check out. Muy buena ubicación también, hay que caminar algunas cuadras desde el centro, pero en Holbox es pequeñito y todo es cerca! Lo super recomendamos para pasar unos días en esta isla preciosa!

L’hôtel est très bien situé (proche du centre). Il dispose d’une piscine et les chambres sont bien équipées (bouilloire, tasses, frigo). Le personnel est accueillant.

Chambre confortable et piscine très agréable.

We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
Pros:

The room was large. There was a fridge and a table and chairs. The pool was nice. It was a short walk to the beach and to the ferry. Guillermo at the front desk was lovely. We’d stay here again.

Cons:

The hotel did not provide a hand towel.

Pros:

the host was very attentive. the boiler broke, so before they fixed it they let us use the bathroom in another room. then we had a problem with the lock, so they fixed it right away. Unfortunately, there were apparently bed bugs in the accommodation (there were black dots on the bed) - when we found them, we didn't know what they were. only a few days later, the scars appeared all over the body. We have not identified this at any other accommodation. we advise the host to disinfect the mattresses as an advisory.

Ok, but noisy and with some Cockroaches

I liked how the room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Cons:

The noises coming from upstairs and from beside. Also, there is a pool right in front of the rooms and a garden. If people are not polite, and there are a lot of these..., you can hear them talking loud at any hour of the day and night. They really Don t have sensibility to the fact there are other people. Isolation is very bad and you can hear anything. Also not good that the door doesn't close properly and this makes that animals can get in.

The staff tried to help, but not very responsive.
