Clean room

I checked inti this hotel very late at night due to a late flight arrival. I appreciate them letting me check in so late and also offering a late checkout. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and the hotel and room was clean. My only complaint is after about being in the room for 15min, i did encounter a roach on the sink. I know roaches ate common in Bangkok but was still disappointed.

The staff were wonderful and it not inner city, local area has a lot to offer. As well the bus is out front or taxis. Can easily access anything from this location

Clean room but shower needs improvement because water does not flow normal. Hotel is located outside town as its airport hotel. Front desk service is good in checkin.

Excellent for stopover after traveling 48 hours. Great sleep, shower and staff friendly. Will use again!

The hotel is built a short distance from the main road, but the sound of car traffic was very disturbing at night. The bathrooms need to be cleaned a bit better, with women's hair falling out.
The staff at the front desk were very helpful, but very disappointed, unlike the reviews.

Very good staff especially Irin very helpful / room is beautiful and clean the price is okay . Location is near by Suvarnabhumi airport take time about 20 minutes very easy to go and taxi about 200 THB. by meter. So it far from the city but near the hotel have some shopping mall and super market

Very helpful with my SHA needs. Airport pick to hospital for PCR test was well organized, thank goodness for that! Everything went smoothly. Thank you KOS.

Great clean hotel and great service

Great service and room is clean

The staff is superfriendly. Rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Of course not a Luxury hotel but a very reasonable price for a good stay. Coffee shop Amazon at front. Diner room service also good. Will definitely keep adress for repeat returns.

Quite nice and economical. Front desk was extremely helpful with a few necessities like booking trips, and arranging for pick up drop off at the airport. Will definitely stay there again

It's a nice modern hotel with a good vibe that's very easy to find, just a little past Terminal 21 Mall. It has all the amenities you could need and great water pressure for the bath. It's very clean and the staff was very friendly from check-in until we left. They gave us a free upgrade to the executive level. I ordered in and was very impressed when they asked me if I had any food allergies. I do so I really appreciated the gesture. There was a little confusion regarding our breakfast order but when I called to straighten it out they quickly corrected the matter. Other than that everything was great. Beds were super comfortable and the free wifi was strong enough to have a Zoom meeting. Also, spectacular views of Bangkok with the ceiling to floor windows. It was definitely a good value for the price. I would stay here again.
