Great location for study at the university, good value, lovely staff - handy for coffee, handy to have a restaurant in-h
Pros:

Great location for the university, quiet and clean, cheap.

Cons:

My aircon was a bit noisy, but this was an issue with the unit itself not typical of the hotel.
