Sympathisches, preisgünsitges Hotel mit geräumigen Zimmer.
Pros:

Mir hat gefallen, dass wir das Zimmer in der obersten Etage hatten. Wir mussten zwar viele Treppen steigen aber wurden mit Ruhe und einer schönen Aussicht belohnt. Das Zimmer war einfach und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Personal war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Jede Anfrage wurde umgehend beantwortet.

Cons:

Wenn auf der Homepag steht, dass die Zimmer A3 und A4 eine Outdoor-Küche haben, dann erwarte ich, dass es eine Küche hat. Diese war leider nicht vorhanden. Es gab zwar in der nähe eine Mikrowelle. Mehr aber nicht.

Nette Unterkunft nah am Geschehen
Pros:

Direkt am Geschehen von Kata Beach. Schöner Block aufs Meer wenn man ein Zimmer weiter oben hat. Sehe zuvorkommendes Personal und der Inhaber war super hilfsbereit was unsere Weiterreise anging mit Empfehlungen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat sich sehr schnell erhitzt. Ohne Klima konnte man nicht wirklich schlafen. Hinter unserem Zimmer war der Generator der die ganze Nacht gelaufen ist und sehr laut war.

Die private Atmosphäre und die Sauberkeit im Bungalow, on the Top of the Hill. Abseits der Straße mit Blick auf das Meer. Herrlich!

Cons:

Die Sitzgelegenheit auf der Terrasse war unbequem. Zum langen Verweilen nicht geeignet.

Я была в этом отеле с 17 по 24 октября 2025 года. Выбрала его по отзывам и не прогадала, уютное место с отличным соотношением цены и качества. Расположение удобное, рядом магазины, кафе и море, всё в пешей доступности.

Я жила в номере В4 с видом на море, красиво и спокойно. Есть домики выше, думаю, оттуда вид ещё лучше, но и снизу очень хорошо. Территория зелёная, ощущение маленького оазиса. Ступеньки есть, но для меня это был лёгкий фитнес, а не неудобство.

В номере было чисто, уборка аккуратная. За неделю бельё сменили один раз, полотенца не меняли, но для меня это не было проблемой. Отдельное спасибо Jane, очень внимательная и профессиональная, приятно, когда к гостям так относятся.

На территории живут котики, очень милые. Если вы любите кошек, обязательно их покормите хоть раз. Завтраков в отеле нет, но это не минус. Рядом, налево от выхода и возле 7-11, есть проход к морю и кафе, где можно выпить кофе с утра (примерно с 6 до 9 часов). Если вы приходите рано, персонал только готовится к работе, но всегда приветливо улыбается.

В целом это отличное место для спокойного отдыха рядом с морем. Подойдёт тем, кто любит уют, природу и доброжелательную атмосферу. Рекомендую! 🌿☕🐾
