Pros:

Excellent location, wonderful room, brilliant views. Ask for room A4. I requested a bunch of flowers for the room and they decorated the room. I didnt expect this level of service. Would definately recommend

L'endroit très bien situé au calme à 3 minutes à pied de la.mer. magique . Le personnel très gentil nous a aidé car nous avions un problème avec un transfert.

Great location - quiet but very close to the center of Kata and beach (through secret passage)
Daily cleaning - every day. Also it was safe for our belongings (everything in its place)
Nice personnel - girls are polite and friendly. Jane❤️

Cons:

Overall impression is good, but anyway very expensive.. we had to prolong our stay for another week and found out that condo rent on airbnb cost 5 time less and offer much more like pools and gym. So it is a very good place but you may check other options as well

Oase der Ruhe in Distanz zum Massentourismus
Pros:

Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen am Hang eines Berges. Durch die Lage am Berg hat man Sicht bis zum Meer und es ist ruhig, weil man weit genug weg ist vom Trubel des Kata Beach. Trotzdem ist das Zentrum und der Strand in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir waren froh hier zu sein um zeitweise Ruhe vor dem Trubel des Kata Beach und Kata Ort zu haben. Das Ferienhaus hat alles was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Die Stühle auf der Terrasse könnten etwas bequemer sein, uns hat es nicht gestört. Die Aussicht auf Garten und auf die Bucht ist sehr schön. Das Personal ist sehr nett! Wenn das Hotel an einem anderen Ort wäre würden wir dort auf jeden Fall wieder übernachten. Leider ist Kata Beach total überfüllt, Massentourismus in Reinform. Wir würden nicht mehr nach Phuket kommen.

Sympathisches, preisgünsitges Hotel mit geräumigen Zimmer.
Pros:

Mir hat gefallen, dass wir das Zimmer in der obersten Etage hatten. Wir mussten zwar viele Treppen steigen aber wurden mit Ruhe und einer schönen Aussicht belohnt. Das Zimmer war einfach und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Personal war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Jede Anfrage wurde umgehend beantwortet.

Cons:

Wenn auf der Homepag steht, dass die Zimmer A3 und A4 eine Outdoor-Küche haben, dann erwarte ich, dass es eine Küche hat. Diese war leider nicht vorhanden. Es gab zwar in der nähe eine Mikrowelle. Mehr aber nicht.

La verdad que súper atentos! No faltó nada ,súper cómodas y unas vistas al mar divinas , los atadeceres!!!

Nette Unterkunft nah am Geschehen
Pros:

Direkt am Geschehen von Kata Beach. Schöner Block aufs Meer wenn man ein Zimmer weiter oben hat. Sehe zuvorkommendes Personal und der Inhaber war super hilfsbereit was unsere Weiterreise anging mit Empfehlungen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat sich sehr schnell erhitzt. Ohne Klima konnte man nicht wirklich schlafen. Hinter unserem Zimmer war der Generator der die ganze Nacht gelaufen ist und sehr laut war.

Die private Atmosphäre und die Sauberkeit im Bungalow, on the Top of the Hill. Abseits der Straße mit Blick auf das Meer. Herrlich!

Cons:

Die Sitzgelegenheit auf der Terrasse war unbequem. Zum langen Verweilen nicht geeignet.
