Posizione eccellente, hotel pulito, letto comodissimo, check in facile, tutto perfetto! Ci ritornerò sicuramente

Cons:

Unica pecca manca una panca per appoggiare le valigie o un piccolo armadio e anche in bagno metterei un piccolo appoggio

We love staying in this great location hotel. Everything is always the same and the service is exception. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a very central location that is safe and the hotel is very quiet.

Cons:

Would like better lighting in the room at night time. If you don’t want to be woken up by somebody going into the bathroom from your bedroom, then this might not be the hotel for you.

La posizione, la pulizia, materasso comodo la facilità e la velocità per il check-in e il check out

Cons:

I cuscini troppo fini e duri, non si poteva regolare la potenza del getto d’acqua della doccia e senza una porta/soglia che prevenisse l’uscita dell’acqua dal box doccia mi sono trovato tutto il bagno allagato!
E poi essendo una camera e soprattutto un bagno senza finestre almeno un aspiratore, che tutti i bagni senza finestra hanno, sarebbe una buona soluzione!

The room was not as described on website .
Apart from the twin beds, which were also not as described, there was no other furniture at all.
Supposedly a cocoon room, this was not a cocoon experience.
Room too big to be cocoon. Terrible experience.
Personal items had to be put on floor, as no other furniture available.
No staff available to assist, virtual check in, despite them saying so.

A refund should be given.

Lage super/ U Bahn vor der Tür / 24/7 Rezeption /sehr freundlich und hilfsbereites Personal/ schöne Zimmer und überraschend genug Platz

Cons:

Koffer extra zahlen für Aufbewahrung nach Check Out - sehr teuer!! 4 Koffer für 69 Euro.

Nur 1 Decke für ein Doppelbett. Haben aber dann eine nach bekommen.

4 Wandhaken wären toll für Jacken aufhängen. (Statt 2)
