The location & staff

Cons:

The room was a disaster, not clean, bed not made and towels on the floor in a pile in the bathroom .

The staff eventually moved me and at 9pm when I was in my underpants a member of staff walked into the new room. It wasn’t a great experience to be honest. I should have got a full refund it was that bad.

Pros:

La chambre est quand même spacieuse et très propre, on est très bien situé

Cons:

Il est indiqué qu'on peut manger jusqu'à 18h30 sur le panneau, on est descendu a 6h et la personne qui gère la restauration nous a dit qu'il ne servait plus à partir de 6h. Après une journée fatiguante, on avait pas envie de ressortir, il faudrait mettre a jour les informations, c'est un peu agaçant

Pros:

L'emplacement, situé en plein centre de Piccadilly.

Cons:

La propreté est un point à améliorer, vraiment car lors de mon arrivée le ménage avait à peine été fait ce qui est très désagréable. Le ménage n'est d'ailleurs pas fait quotidiennement, ni le changement des serviettes si l'on reste plusieurs jours.
Et le personnel n'est pas malpoli, reste respectueux mais un vrai désintérêt d'accueillir et d'aider les hôtes.

Le vrai point négatif pour moi est le prix du dépôt bagages : excessif pour une journée et surtout, par badge. C'est de l'abus.
