When we first arrived to our room the air conditioner was not working properly and it was very warm, we let the staff know and we were told maintenance will check it out and it will be fixed before we came back but when we came back the room was still very warm. we went down to the reception area several times and they kept telling us someone will come check it, they’ll bring a fan (which no one did) etc, until we were moved to a different room. the wifi also was not working properly throughout our stay.

Vi fick ett rum där vattnet från duschen rann ut i övriga rummet. Vi påtalade detta till personalen och någon skulle komma och kolla på det på morgonen dagen efter. Efter en heldag ute kommer vi hem och alla blöta handdukar som vi torkat med ligger fortfarande kvar på golvet. Vi tar kontakt med personalen som då påstår att vi hängt upp stör ej skylten, vilket vi så klart inte har gjort i och med problemet som vi hade. Efter ett tag kommer det en man och kollar på detta och konstaterar att lutningen på golvet i duschen är feldoserat och det finns inget att göra. Vi frågar då om att få byta rum då det känns ohållbart att bo med vatten över golvet i hela rummet under fyrag dagar. Här upplever vi att personalen tycker att vi är jobbiga gäster då suckas och stönas innan vi till slut får ett nytt rum. En självklarhet kan man tycka när något i konstruktionen inte är som det ska, vi har ju trots allt betalat en del för vistelsen.
Vi tycker också att det är konstigt att man inte tömmer soporna under fyra dygn eller kontrollerar om det behövs mer toalettpapper, även om man i övrigt inte städar rummet under vistelsen (fyra dagar), vi har ändå bokat ett hotell och inget hostel/vandrarhem. Vi fick be om mer toalettpapper och möttes av en otrevlig kommentar och rummet såg i slutet av vistelsen ut som en soptipp. Det fanns inga instruktioner om var man kunde lämna sopor och med en temperatur på över 30 grader går det en del flaskor med vätska.
Vi saknade också krokar och någon hylla att hänga/lägga saker på. Det fanns inte heller några möjligheter att hänga upp kläder som till exempel en klänning. Vi såg själva ett flertalet potentiella lösningar på detta.
Simplicity of the process. Have stayed before; first time was a little confusing but, once the approach is understood it works well. Great location for the visit and transport links.
Location and modern design with overall good amenities and responsive staff.
No furniture in the room except bed and the staff didnt offer any help in this regard. No room cleaning throughout my stay (they said that they clean only after a few days and I had to pay extra).

Location is very good
Room has no windows
The proximity to the Piccadilly Circus, the tube and theatres in the west end. Easy to walk around with its location. The rooms were really good in sound proofing as I did not hear anyone passing by my room nor was I disturbed while sleeping.
There could have been a bigger trash bin on the room or at the hallway/corridor so I can at least throw the wrappers during the stay. The free cleaning should also be adjusted to 3 days instead of 4 days. There should also be a facility, even if it’s paid for someone to get like boiling water for coffee/tea. The cafe at B1 is only open from 8am-5:30pm so it didn’t work for me.
Nothing but the location
Well let me start by the positive part which is mainly the location which extraordinary.
Yet the hotel is providing the bare minimum for a stay.
1. We are a family who were supposed to be staying for 14 nights and they gave us a very small room, yet we moved to another a bit more spacious room the second day of our stay.
2. The hotel has a major issue whenever it comes to the hygiene and cleaning. Cleaning process is lousy; we asked for 2 cleaning sessions during the whole stay of 14 days and both were very bad, no sink cleaning, no toilet cleaning, even the pillows were taken away and the towels were not there and when we asked for extra pillows and towels we were informed that they are all out and the hotel doesn't have !!!!
3. The cafeteria is providing the bare minimum, the guy over there was very rude and twice during the stay the smell was either as a toilet place (the toilets were not clean) or smelly like fish for 3 consecutive days and I made the comment to the reception the result was a big zero.
4. Yet the reception guys they were all trying to help yet it seems it is not in their power.
Finally probably I made a wrong choice. the hotel is suitable either for big groups of campers or for couples looking for a one stand night but definitely not for elder people or families, and the only reason I didn't leave the first day was that I paid 100% in full in advance other wise I would have left.

Location is amazing, very clean, spacious room, super friendly staff
Very loud door banging noises all night (doors were heavy and even if you accidentally miss the handle, the door would close super fast and bang very loud), vending machines not working so had to go to a market to buy water.
