Dreadful customer service
Pros:

The central location.

Cons:

The air condition in the room did not work and the room was uncomfortably hot. Having visited reception, they said someone would be sent to the room. This never happened. All night the extractor fan was running too.

Having tried several times to contact the hotel after our stay, they only provided email addresses that bounced back and an automated response that would not allow any concerns to be dealt with by a human.

Dreadful service from a hotel that charges enough to deliver decent customer service.

Die Lage war wirklich top und für London hat man ein guten Preis bei diesem Hotel.

Cons:

Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig.
Keine Klobürste oder Föhn.
Die Matratze war wirklich unterirdisch - mit Federn die spürbar waren.

Fabulous price in the heart of London
Pros:

Fabulous location for a really amazing price - right off Piccadilly Circus. Strange having absolutely zero daylight - the room was like a cave when you turn off the lights. But we slept well, which is what counts. The room was certainly functional, had everything needed and great for a short stopover. Not luxury by any means - but that's not its purpose - it does what it says on the tin!

Cons:

Really dark interior and the corridors were really hard to navigate - the signage is also really dark and hard to see - made me a little concerned if we'd needed to leave in the event of an emergency evacuation, to be honest.
