الموظفيين سيئين جدا طلبنا سرير اضافي والغرف صغيرة دفعنا 70 ريال بدل سرير وسرير غير ثابت وتاني يوم طلبوا حق السرير ليوم اضافي بدال الاعتذار طلبوا لللوس معاملة سيئة لابعد حدود مناشف غير متوفرة دائماً

اصحاب الفندق للاسف غير مهتمين به حيث توجد بقايا الكنب الخربان بالممرات

1- الغرفة الرئيسية مساحتها مناسبة وليست واسعة تعتبر شبه ضيقة
2- الغرفة الثانية ضيقة جدا
3- جميع الغرف حمامها مشترك مع الصالة
4- الحجز كان سرير مزدوج وسرير مفرد وتم اضافة سرير اضافي مفرد و تم دفع اختيار سرير اضافي مفرد ليكون المجموع سرير مزدوج و وعدد 2 سرير مفرد ولم يتم توفيره وعند سؤال موظف الاستقبال افاد بانه هذا الحجز الذي قمت به علما باني اخترت الاختيار الثاني والفرق تقريبا 170 ريال سعودي اضافي على المبلغ وتم دفعه

Not enough and proper plugs in kitchen location,
Plugs locations are weird and some are very low to the level ground , so you will need a longer charger or so ,pluse some are not working or intefer withothers if close. Bed lamps don't work at all just decoration, some are not there and there is a weird sound next to
the lamp area .TV unfortunately is just for decoration no proper channels some rooms less than 10 or 3
and some rooms the same channels don't work on
pluse the image isn't clear and distorted so no use
using at all it not a smart TV, so canot watch anything if interested to login to apps with your account. Don't
have options of light like softer soothing light for
night time. Shower pressure is very weak and
bathroom fan so noisy and smells funky it seems its not cleaned regularlyand you can see molds in the corner area of the bathroom. As for some spots or items not clean. Some furniture are woppeling to the touch ,broken or damaged that you cannot use. 2nd room is very small for only 1 person. Pluse blinds aren't constructed to the right size of windows so the light will enter and hit your eyes ... get an eye mask. Parking are there but limited and space is too narrow for opening your car door less than 1/2 after parking. And almost cant open your door if you have a big car. Have to check lots of things everything i go there if items are provided or missing or broken and damaged sometimes have to wait for longer time for things to get fixed or items to be brought. They ask for how many person but don't provide for that number in the begining like towels or water, kitchen tools and so. Some items they will not provide naturally unless you ask them for it. Check for provided complementary sachas of coffee or creamer as some are expired as I say they don't make regular checking ...Bad phone connection to try to reach the reception or hear them.
