Super relaxing!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The front desk receptionist, Luisa, was absolutely amazing—she was warm, welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth and enjoyable.

The amenities were excellent, and I really appreciated the thoughtful extras, especially the complimentary refillable water bottles and welcome drink during check in. It was such a nice touch that made my stay even more convenient.

The location was also great, only about 10–15 minutes from most of the main attractions, making it easy to get around while still enjoying a comfortable and relaxing stay.

What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. After I checked out, I realized I had accidentally left my jewelry box behind. The staff were incredibly accommodating and quickly provided me with several options to have it safely shipped back to me. I can't thank them enough for their kindness, responsiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond to help.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

Fint och rent rum. Jättegod frukost. Servicen var jättebra! Så trevliga allt från receptionen till kökspersonalen. Väldigt nöjda över boendet.

Problème d’insectes qui a tout gâché !
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est super, permet de rejoindre rapidement à pied des spots stratégiques : station de bus, aéroport, centre historique de Palma.
Chambre joliment décorée et spacieuse.
Petite piscine en rooftop appréciée, attention les places sont limitées.
Personnel sympathique et ayant à cœur que ses clients passent un bon séjour.

Cons:

Notre chambre avait de nombreux insectes (mouches, pucerons, fourmis, moustiques). Bien que nous l’ayons signalé et que le personnel a tout mis en œuvre pour palier ce problème et nous l’en remercions, cela ne nous a pas permis de passer la nuit que nous espérions.

Pros:

Das Nou Baleares ist ein kleines Hotel mit sehr viel Charme und sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein allerdings süß eingerichtet. Der Innenhof und die Dachterrasse mit Pool sind ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut und von der Menge her ausreichend.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war leider etwas hellhörig auf den Gang.
