Very good. Hotel was quirky
Pros:

Staff were exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. One in particular who I think was called Luisa (affectionately called us chickas) remembered everything about us and what our plans were then enquired how our day/night had been.

Cons:

The pool bar was not open. If it had been it would have improved our experience.

Friendly staff and spotlessly clean hotel
Pros:

I can not recommend this hotel enough! The reception staff (especially Natalie - who is an absolute credit to your hotel!!!) were so helpful and friendly. The rooms were spotless and beds were very comfortable.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Palma. Es gibt sogar einen Pool auf dem Dach.

Pros:

NATALI nos brindó una atención excelente desde el primer momento. Nos explicó todo a la perfección, nos dio ideas de qué hacer en palma adaptadas a nuestro tiempo en palma. El resto del personal también tuvo una atención excelente.
Al ingresar te brindan una botellita del hotel y siempre hay agua a disposición con gas y sin gas para recargar cuantas veces quieras.
La ubicación es muy buena se encuentra muy cerca de la parte histórica, 10/15 min caminando
