Pros:

Unglaublich schönes Hotel, dass wir gerne weiterempfehlen! Auch das Personal am Empfang war super hilfsbereit und hat uns geholfen, telefonisch bei Restaurants zu reservieren.

Tolles Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Bahnhof fußläufig erreichbar. Bahnhof Shin-Osaka weiter entfernt.
Gutes, solides Hotel. Sehr gutes Bett und Kissen.

Cons:

Pros:

Size of room and layout was very good.
Good location, train station, shops & restaurants near by. I really enjoyed the meal & cocktails I had from the Hotel restaurant & bar.

Cons:

Housekeeping were very noisy, banging into things in the hallways and rooms next door.

Brilliant hotel, highly recommend!!
Pros:

Everything - spacious and stylish rooms, shared open spaces, great hotel bar, and the guest laundry was so convenient.

Cons:

I thought the gym could have been a little more equipped given the hotel size.

Great stay overall!
Pros:

The location was very close to train stations. Nice laundry machines and gym. The staff is excellent. Sayuka was particularly excellent as she helped us order some Japanese pillows and spoke to the rep of the company. Thank you!

Cons:

The bathroom could have been clean better as there was an odor.

Pros:

Große geräumige Zimmer, ein gemütlicher Restaurant/Bar-Bereich, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, gute Lokale nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt

Cons:

Zwischen Zimmer und dem sehr schönen Bad befindet sich ein Fenster, durch das man seinem Mitbewohner auf dem WC und beim Duschen zuschauen kann. Der Sinn dieser Einrichtung erschließt sich mir nicht ganz.

8,5 out of ten mainly because they lack of ac in one room other than 10/10
Pros:

Location was great staff was friendly. Lots of restaurants around really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

We had the two room suite and for some reason one room we couldn’t operate the air conditioning. It was the room that got the morning sun so it was always hot. I don’t know why they couldn’t let us control the temperature we phoned. They said it on and then it randomly stopped and would get hot again. That was really my only complaint.
