We felt very comfortable staying in this well designed sanctuary
Pros:

A beautiful hotel in a great location. The rooms were large for Japan with very comfortable beds. The common lounge areas felt so peaceful and the bar was a treat to start and finish our evenings im during our stay.

Pros:

Comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotel personnel were very friendly and professional. I enjoyed the flexibility and use of the laundry room.

Cons:

The restaurant was very good. But, they need to remember they are in a hotel. Scheduling an exclusive party or function without taking care of hotel guests is really poor form.
