I've stayed at Zentis Osaka three times now, and each visit has been a wonderful experience.
Pros:

The staff are genuinely kind, attentive, and consistently go above and beyond to accommodate my requests, making every stay feel special and memorable. The hotel is beautifully designed and perfectly located near Umeda and Kitashinchi.

Cons:

Better lighting around the bathroom mirror would be a wonderful touch, and adding a leg-focused weight training machine to the gym would be a great improvement.

A great base to explore Osaka with a lovely light room with good space and good amenities!
Pros:

Lovely room with enough space for us and well set up. It was excellent having a laundry and we enjoyed the bar very much.

Cons:

Very small things but we would have loved it if the gym had free weights and the coffee machine had done lattes!

Pros:

Very high end modern hotel for the price. The room was well designed and felt like a small apartment. Modern TV with streaming services. Good sound proofing. Rooms are nicer than they appear in the photos.

Cons:

Notable wait for an available washing and drying machine. There doesn't appear to be enough to cater for the number of guests.
