On s est retrouvé à 21h dehors sans logement dans un pays étranger .

Was a scam!

Cons:

We arrived at the property and it was closed! We tried to call them and they said they are no longer opened but we didn’t get any refund for that, we even spoke with local people and they said we were not the first ones

Meine Tochter hatte das Zimmer einen Tag vorher gebucht. Als ich dann dort war konnte die Chefin meine Buchung nicht finden. Sie kontaktierte auch Oyo, die konnten angeblich meine Buchung auch nicht finden. Die Chefin bat mich immer das Zimmer noch einmal in bar zu bezahlen. Das tat ich aber nicht, und beschloss nach etwa 1 Std. mir ein anderes Hotel zu suchen.

Do not make booking.
Cons:

Hotel staff told us that they didn't selling the room in any online channel due to they broken with OYO and not accept any booking under OYO name.

Dear Booking.com team.
Please support hotel to change hotel owner who can manage this hotel on your page back to true hotel owner, otherwise they lost opportunities to selling they room to another traveller.
