Pros:

I recently spent 3 wonderful days at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms and common areas were very clean, which made my stay comfortable and relaxing. The food was also excellent — fresh, tasty, and well prepared every day.
The staff was friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for both relaxation and work. I highly recommend this hotel for both pleasure and business travel. I would gladly return again!

Este un personal foarte tânăr cu multe de îmbunătățit!!!
Pros:

Mă ofer să stau o săptămână pentru a îndruma activitatea personalului!
Am făcut o sesizare cu un incident și nu am primit răspuns..
Personalul de întreținere are Mare nevoie de remodelare( femei)!

Cons:

Mi e jenă să vă spun!!

Doar atât: Camera de bagaje să aibă supraveghere video!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Buena ubicación pero mala atención/comunicación con alguna persona de recepción
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta. La decoración es bonita y la habitación es cómoda pero daba a un patio interior encima de recepción y mi última noche no pude dormir hasta las 4.00 am porque tenían allí una fiesta

No tienen opciones son gluten en el desayuno
Se anuncian como que tienen parking pero realmente son 3 sitios en la calle que no controlan y cuando te avisan de que tienes sitio libre y mueves el coche, resulta que está ocupada por algún coche que ni siquiera saben si es huésped del hotel. Decepcionante

Parfum de primăvară în minunatul Sibiu.
Pros:

O experiență de neuitat într-un hotelul perfect. Amplasat chiar în centrul Sibiului, cu o vedere superbă spre Piața Mare, hotelul îmbină eleganța, rafinamentul și atmosfera vechiului Sibiu într-o armonie perfectă. Am fost impresionați de decorul vintage , de mobilierul stil sec XIX. Camera a fost foarte curată, elegant amenajată și foarte confortabilă.
Personalul a fost extrem de amabil și primitor pe tot parcursul șederii, ceea ce a făcut experiența și mai plăcută. Totul a fost la un nivel excelent – curățenie, locație, atmosferă și servicii. Recomand cu mare drag acest hotel!

Cum totul a fost la superlativ, nu pot avea comentarii negativel.
