Hotel clàssic i cèntric a Sibiu
Pros:

L’edifici és molt majestuós, et sents com dins d’un palau. Els rebedors són molt grans i ben decorats. L’habitació també està molt bé i el lavabo és molt gran i renovat. El millor de tot és que està situat just en una de les places principals de Sibiu. Una estada molt recomanable.

Pros:

Ha una posizione eccezionale in pieno centro! Con parcheggi auto/moto vicinissimi al hotel, camere veramente spaziose, pulite e ben arredate, non sembra di stare dentro ad un hotel per l’impegno che hanno messo nel farti sentire a casa. C’è anche un ristorante/bar al ingresso che però non abbiamo visitato ma era sempre pieno di persone.

Cons:

Nella nostra stanza non c’erano le finestre che davano al esterno ma verso un corridoio interno ma comunque molto luminose e si sentiva la ventola del ristorante sotto che andava ma di notte era spenta quindi non dava nessun fastidio!

Super Lage! Sehr faire Preise!.

Cons:

Alles ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Für zimmerservice muss man extra bezahlen. Die schlüsselkarte für das Zimmer funktionierte nur, wenn Sie Lust dazu hatte.

Pros:

Spiste ikke frokost - den var for sen for våre utflukter, faktisk. (kl.08.00). Beliggenheten var super. Luktet rent og godt i hotellet. Fikk sjekke inn tidlig.

Cons:

Bedre utsikt fra rommet. Men det var ikke så farlig. Mer viktig at jeg får ro og sove om natten.

Excellent central location and spacious main suite, but smaller rooms need improvement
Pros:

The location is exceptional, right on the main city square with easy access to everything. It is also very convenient to the road and nearby parking spots. The room/suite we stayed in was extremely spacious, featuring an entryway/lounge area with two armchairs and a TV, a separate bedroom with another TV and a wardrobe, and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Cons:

On the other hand, our friends' rooms were quite small. Although they had requested a double bed, they were given two single beds that could not even be pushed together. The room lighting was also a bit poor and not very helpful (the bathroom was slightly better lit, but still not ideal). Lastly, keep in mind that breakfast is not provided.

Cucaracha en la habitación y presión para retirar la reseña

MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA – CUCARACHA Y PRESIÓN PARA RETIRAR LA RESEÑA

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido realmente lamentable.

Para empezar, la habitación que nos dieron era más pequeña de lo esperado y las camas estaban separadas. Pero lo más grave fue encontrar una cucaracha dentro de la habitación. Lo comunicamos al hotel y, en un primer momento, nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada al respecto.

Posteriormente, una persona del hotel se puso en contacto con nosotros por WhatsApp, se disculpó por lo ocurrido y nos ofreció una compensación económica. Sin embargo, condicionó dicha compensación a que eliminásemos nuestra reseña, llegando a pedirnos una captura que demostrase que la habíamos retirado.

Nos parece completamente inaceptable intentar condicionar una compensación por un problema de higiene a la eliminación de la opinión de un cliente. Una cosa es intentar solucionar una incidencia y otra muy diferente intentar influir en la valoración que el cliente deja sobre su experiencia.

Además, posteriormente los mensajes de la conversación fueron eliminados, aunque nosotros conservamos capturas de lo ocurrido.

Encontrar una cucaracha en una habitación ya es suficientemente grave, pero la forma en la que el hotel gestionó posteriormente nuestra reclamación nos parece todavía más preocupante.

No recomendamos este hotel y, desde luego, no volveríamos.

Schöne Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage im Kern der Altstadt. Gutes Frühstück und freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Parkplatzsituation ist leider schwierig. Das liegt aber an der Gesamtsituation in der Altstadt. Trotz hauseigener Parkplätze steht nicht immer ein Platz für Gäste zur Verfügung. Hier muss man dann auf öffentliche Parkzentren ausweichen.
