景色と温泉が良かった。
Pros:

設備は古くても清掃は行き届いていました。温泉は展望風呂で日の出をお風呂から見ることができます。朝日を浴びての温泉は格別。部屋からは海の向こうの富士山を見ることができました。素晴らしい景色でした。
夕飯は近くの舟小屋さんでいただきましたが、とても良いお店でした。

敷布団が一枚で薄かったです。

もう泊まりたくはない。
Pros:

敷地内で花火をやらせていただいたのですが、バケツを貸していただいたり、その点の対応はよかった。

Cons:

夜間スタッフの対応がいまいち。虫も多いのはしょうがないと思うが、廊下にゴキブリがいたりと、風呂のカビもすごくて、不潔だった。

we have a lot of fun staying there its stress reliver you can work outside near the sea nice place to stay

古いわりに、キレイにされていました

Cons:

お湯が出なかったのと、その対応。
部屋を変えてもらえるわけでもなく、その他のサービスをしてもらえるわけでもなく...しかも、お湯の確認のため洗面所とお風呂場へなぜか靴のまま入り、バスマットも踏まれていました…変えてほしかったが、変えてもらえず。
だいぶ残念な対応でした。

家族みんなで大満足です☀️
Pros:

孫たちと宿泊させていただいた。食事のアレルギー対応について、事前にお知らせしていたが、厨房やレストランスタッフさんとの連携がバッチリで、配膳の動きもテキパキして気持ちよく、安心して美味しい食事をさせていただき、感謝いっぱいです。

とくにありませんが、浜辺からの雪をいただいた富士山の風景が素晴らしいので(富士山ー麓の町並みー海の駿河湾の層序)、写真をとられてHPに掲載されたり、玄関に掲示するといいのでは？

年末年始を過ごすのに最高でした！ありがとうございました🙇‍♂️
Pros:

アクセスが悪いと感じる方もいるかもしれませんが、送迎バスがあることや駐車場が広いため自分は良いと感じました。
ロケーションも大変よく、海岸近くのため日の出を見ることもでき、なんなら部屋によっては窓からオーシャンビュー並びに日の出を見ることも可能なのかなと。最高でした。
また年末年始なのもあったかと思いますがアメニティ含めたドリンクサービスなどの来客サービスもありとても楽しく過ごすことができました。寒い時期にはやはり暖房つけるので、別途で加湿器の貸出サービスがあったのも大変助かりました。
チェックインやチェックアウトのお時間も、もちろん多少にはなると思いますが少し融通を聞かせて頂きとても感謝いたします。

Cons:

リフォームされたということもあり、内装はほとんどとても綺麗ですが、少し細かいところ(大浴場があるので基本気にならないですが部屋のバスルームなど)は、あ〜改装したんだなと感じる部分はありましたが、ボロボロだったり雨漏り的な部分だったり音漏れなどの心配はほぼないのかなと感じます。
あとは飲料水でもいいので飲み物が置いてあると助かるなと思いました！
