素泊まり、家族向けでしたので当方の選択ミスでした。
Pros:

部屋が綺麗でしたが、窓の外は工事車両が置きっぱなしで海景色は不満足でした。

Cons:

リゾートホテル未満、ビジネスホテル以上なので地元の食事や観光は他で。家族向けのホテルでした。

Pros:

サウナがリニューアルしたてでキレイでした。

Cons:

4月初旬、桜の季節にもかかわらず部屋に蚊が大量にいました。
夜中に何度も刺され、とても不快でした。通風口か何処からか部屋に入ってくるようで10匹は叩き潰しました。
部屋に殺虫スプレーがありましたが、狭い室内で使う気にはなれず、残念な体験となりました。

平日は空いていて良かった

景色と温泉が良かった。
Pros:

設備は古くても清掃は行き届いていました。温泉は展望風呂で日の出をお風呂から見ることができます。朝日を浴びての温泉は格別。部屋からは海の向こうの富士山を見ることができました。素晴らしい景色でした。
夕飯は近くの舟小屋さんでいただきましたが、とても良いお店でした。

敷布団が一枚で薄かったです。

もう泊まりたくはない。
Pros:

敷地内で花火をやらせていただいたのですが、バケツを貸していただいたり、その点の対応はよかった。

Cons:

夜間スタッフの対応がいまいち。虫も多いのはしょうがないと思うが、廊下にゴキブリがいたりと、風呂のカビもすごくて、不潔だった。
