Pros:

The hotel is excellent! The service is great too. There’s a free TUKTUK that can take you to Alona Beach anytime, so it doesn’t matter that we’re not right by the beach. They also serve afternoon tea and a 15-minute foot massage in the afternoon, which was really good. You can also ask the front desk to book a paid massage that comes to your room. We stayed for 4 consecutive days and loved it. The hotel isn’t big, but it’s just right—too many people would make it crowded.

Hotel dobry. Mało osób na basenie. Pokoje czyste. Obsługa reaguje na każdą prośbę i działa szybko.

Cons:

Słabej jakości śniadania. Raz jedliśmy pizzę. Całą do oddania. Odgrzewana w mikrofalówce.

Beautiful hotel and beautiful People who create that place ❤️👍
Pros:

Our stay at the Bird of Paradise hotel was truly exceptional. Above all, this was thanks to the wonderful people: the reception staff, waitstaff, chefs, housekeeping team, and the manager. Every single person was amazing.

A great advantage of the hotel is also the delicious food, the beautifully arranged garden, and the very comfortable, fully equipped, spacious villas in which we stayed. This place is special, but it is most special because of the people who create it.

We will carry beautiful memories in our hearts thanks to Bird of Paradise. May God bless you all.

super freundliches Personal, sehr schöne Zimmer, beim Frühstück ist für jeden etwas dabei, Abendessen ist auch möglich und war super lecker, den Shuttle Service finden wir auch super, dass es angeboten wird

Staff were amazing and so helpful. Super helpful in arranging rides and scooters. Loved the massages in room. Breakfast was delicious

Underwhelmed by the stay, disappointed given the price and advertised photos
Pros:

Rooms were a good size and hotel offered free transfers to beach and back.

Cons:

Buffet breakfast was underwhelming - minimal choices and cleanliness was very low (a bug was cooked into my pancakes). Bathroom also had lizards and frogs in it. Food available from the kitchen was also very unappetising - frozen pizza that wasn’t cooked properly.

Pros:

Beautiful apartment complex surrounded by tropical trees and plants. We had our own pool, which made it more private and secluded. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Servicing of rooms was a little inconsistent and we often had to ask for things to be cleared or removed from the apartment. Breakfast offering was ok but could be improved with a selection of granola / museli etc.
