Would not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The staff were hospitable which was the only saving grace. We needed some medical help and the doctor would not pick up the phone. When the reception contacted him, he claimed he was not available and that we could visit the clinic the next day!! How can an emergency wait until the next morning??

I appreciate the efforts of the reception and security who went to the government hospital nearby and got medications got heartburn which we had forgotten to pack. No pharmacy is open until 10am the next day so please pack all required medications.

This hotel is grossly overpriced for the poor facilities and lack of clean, dated rooms. It only served the purpose of us to visit Dwarkadish Mandir the next day.


Maybe consider another hotel.

Cons:

I did not like the property, the room was not clean. The property and rooms look dated and not like the glossy photos seen online. I have stayed in Lemon Tree, Varanasi, hence I booked this place with confidence. We were very disappointed with the overall cleanliness and facilities.

Pros:

Nice breakfast ! Very near to main Dwarkadhish Temple and Bhadkeshwar Temple. Probably one of the best properties in the area.

Best hotel in Dwarka! Perfect location, caring staff & comfortable rooms. Loved our stay !
Pros:

I recently stayed here for 2 nights, and it was a great experience. The location was perfect, and the staff was very kind and caring. They even upgraded our room. I was traveling with my elderly parents, and the hotel made sure everything went smoothly. They helped us arrange transportation, which was very professional. The food was excellent, with a lot of vegetarian options, and both breakfast and dinner had a wide variety. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. A big thank you to Mr. Yashpal for all his help. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting!

Overall it was a great stay and we will be staying at more lemon tree hotels in the future.
Pros:

The staff was quite good and accomodating. Especially the gentleman at the desk and the head Cheff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make us feel good. They also allowed us late checkout despite the fact the hotel was experiencing high occupancy.

Cons:

Swimming pool water quality was not upto the mark.

Your front staff especially in the dining area needs to be more positive and forthcoming in dealing with the guests on my very first day when I requested for a dish or two without onion garlic the young boy gave me a point blank NO , this was a very small request which could have been handled with positivity
