Très bon hôtel à part des problèmes d'organisation des réservations et le règlement du parking
Pros:

Erreur sur la date de réservation : on y a dormi il y a un mois. En fait l'hôtel est très bien.
Mais on leur a demandé de nous rembourser pour la nuit du 4 mars où on n'a pas dormi; ils n'ont rien voulu savoir
Dommage que cette erreur administrative n'a pas été corrigé surtout pour une somme de moins de 50euros
Autre problème vous pouvez arriver à 14h pour obtenir la place de parking que vous aviez demandé mais ca ne marche pas comme dans les autres hotels: c'est l'anarchie.
On a du se garer à 500 mètres!!car le bd abdelmoumen est saturé de voiture en stationnement.
Mais on y reviendra car à part ces 2 problèmes qui pourraient être facilement réglé par la direction tout a été parfait .

Pros:

Super lovely staff. The room is soundproof, didnt hear anything from neighbors or outside.
Quite cheap laundry service. After checkout, I asked if they could hold my bags for a few hours and it was no problem at all.
If this is the standard for the Ibis chain, I cant wait to stay at their argentinian branch later this year

il y avait une fuite au niveau de la fenêtre, ce qui laissait entrer le bruit et le froid dans la chambre. Le confort n’était pas au rendez-vous. De plus, il n’y avait aucune disponibilité pour le parking, donc pas de parking gratuit comme prévu. Expérience décevante.
