Mauvaise expérience

Cons:

Le personnel d’accueil étaient détestables et très irrespectueux.
Tout est fait pour mettre mal à l’aise le client.
Lors du checkin un des agents au comptoir m’a fait toute une scène car je demandais un changement de chambre. Il m’a crié dessus et manqué demandais respect par des insultes en langue locale ( dialecte marocain).
Le pire est cet homme d’âge mûr qui est à l’accueil la nuit qui a essayé de me racketter de l’argent.
Je déconseille vivement cet établissement.
