The staff was great, easy access to local restaurants. Very quiet, nice large HDTV solid WIFI. There are a few snacks available downstairs in the lobby along with free water, can coffees(I think), microwave, toaster, bread, butter etc. Great value for the money in an area that does not have a lot of other hotels. Good place to stay if you want to shop in the famous shopping areas outsite Osan Air Base.

Great amenities in the room. Good pillows, shower was fantastic with even a rain spout. Towels were small and limited. No one came to clean the room. The massage chair was amazing as well.

The pictures made this hotel look warm and inviting. It was nothing like that. When we checked into the two rooms that we booked, they both wreaked of cigarettes smoke even though they were supposed to be smoke-free. They were stains all over the walls the fixtures in the bathroom and the shower area we're not installed properly. The lamps mounted to the wall next to the bed continued to rotate on the wall when you try to turn them off because they were not mounted properly. There was dirt and debris in the bathtub and on the floors. The bed was so incredibly uncomfortable I probably only slept an hour the first night. I went to the front desk the next morning and said that I needed to check out of both rooms. I suffer from upper respiratory elements and the smell in the rooms was so strong it was causing my throat to close up and I was having a hard time breathing. I asked for them to cancel the remainder of the reservation and I tried to work with Expedia to gain a refund for eight of the nine days booked since we were checking out early and they refused to refund me for any of the stay even though the rooms were not safe or clean. I have no choice but to dispute the transaction with my credit card company at this point. Completely unacceptable. I will not use Expedia for any future bookings nor would I ever consider staying at this hotel again.

Air conditioner wasn’t cold enough. I was sweating in my room, overall a great hotel. I’ll come back

Beautiful room in the entertainment district. Enjoyed the shopping and food near by. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Super nice suite with massage chair and all hygiene products

It's a short walk from Songtan, making it a convenient place to stay. The room was clean and had a bathtub!

The owners were so kind and accommodating. Drinks and toast made available for any time as well as laundry service (was clean within same day). I stayed long term and didn’t have any issues for the whole stay. Was able to communicate in English but using a translator made conversations smoother. It was also a quick walk to the SED and even closer to a farmer’s market area which I enjoyed walking through there when I wanted to get out for fresh air. My room was equipped with shower products, hair dryer and hair straightener as well as shower shoes. Overall very very good visit I couldn’t have found a better hotel.

I stayed here on business for two weeks and enjoyed my stay very much. The proprietors were kind and helpful, especially since I didn't speak Korean and they knew very little English. We were able to communicate using translation apps.

The hotel was very clean and I had no complaints at all. Amenities were light, but they did have free unlimited bottled water and canned drinks. Laundry service was also free. I dropped off clothes and they would be cleaned and returned to me the same day. My room also had a TV and access to streaming services such as Netflix. Interestingly, my room also had a gaming computer just like you'd find in one of the many internet cafes, but i didn't use it.

I only have one complaint, and it is that my bed was stiff and not very comfortable. From what I'm told this is normal for Koreans, and only large international hotels, which don't exist in Songtan, have the soft beds many Americans are accustomed to.

The location is good, only a short ten minute walk to the Songtan Entertainment District and Osan AB, but it is far enough away that you escape the weekend noise.

I anticipate traveling to this area for work periodically and would be happy to stay here again.

Bathroom was a bit dirty, looks like there was some form of bodily fluids on the outside of the toilet. Showers had soap gunk around the bottom, shower doors/glass was not cleaned. Room had a weird smell.

The lobby was well stocked with free snacks including soft drinks and caramel popcorn. The rooms were quiet

Not a bad hotel for the price

All I wanted was a clean place to rest my head. It fullfed my expectations. I loved the location!

Room was large and roomy. Comfortable bed. Large tub that can fit 2 people.
