Ottima posizione lungo il fiume Douro a pochi minuti dal centro e vicino alla fermata del tram storico numero 1. Disponibilità di parcheggio interno a prezzi di mercato.
Staff freddo ed impersonale, camera con svariate carenze in relazione al livello alberghiero e al prezzo (servizio cortesia modesto), arredi dozzinali (tazze ed alcuni arredi di Ikea). Colazione nella norma senza eccellenze.

the staff were excellent and helpful gave good recommendations of places to visit, i am a lazy english person who only speaks a tiny bit of french, the staff were welcoming and had brilliant english.

Un poco caro
Lovely clean modern hotel with friendly staff. Great breakfast and the room was great. We had a good view of the river. Also you could get water from the water machine.
The bar had an exceptional view of the river.
Have to say there was a tram line in front of the hotel and we missed the car park entrance across the tram line at an angle. This incurred a difficult drive through steep cobbled streets and acute turnings to get back and second time lucky we found the car park entrance.
