A localização do hotel é ótima, os quartos são limpos e confortáveis e o staff muito prestável. O pequeno-almoço era excelente.
Quando chegamos fomos surpeendidos por um updgrade de quarto, para um quarto vista rio, o que melhorou ainda mais a nossa estadia.

Encantador!
Pros:

Hotel belíssimo, bem localizado e muito bem decorado! Além de confortáveis, os quartos com varanda e vista para o rio são realmente encantadores! A vontade que tínhamos era de ficar no quarto contemplando a paisagem! Café da manhã muito bem organizado em um espaço amplo e confortável.

Cons:

Infelizmente, por causa das chuvas, o estacionamento do hotel estava interditado. Precisamos deixar nosso carro estacionado em um parque disponível na região, mas um pouco distante do hotel.

Ich persönlich nie wieder in das Hotel und das ist auf einmal ein Pilgerkollegen mitgeteilt worden

Es ist ein Hotel, und dafür war gut für Porto hätte ich mir für das Geld mehr erwartet

Cons:

Das geschäftsmäßige waren mit einem Pilger. Ich bin pilgern hatte vor gebucht und für diese Vorbuch auch ganz normal bezahlt. Aufgrund vom Wetter war ich mir nicht sicher, ob ich vielleicht einen Tag länger bleib hab die Willenserklärung auch kommuniziert und war auch unten an am Tresen und sagte ja, wahrscheinlich bleibe ich länger da wurde schon direkt meine Karte belastet und ne Stunde später kam die Sonne raus und noch bevor ich überhaupt den regulären Tag meiner regulären Buchung erreicht hab, habe ich mich entschieden nicht länger zu bleiben. Bin also quasi zurückgetreten und sie hatten jetzt schon für einen Tag das Geld abgebucht und ich hab das nicht zurückgebucht bekommen. Das fand ich absolut nicht okay nach den allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen bekommt man zwar sein Geld nicht zurück, wenn man storniert aber es war ja keine Reservierung und es war auch keine Stornierung. Es war ne Willenserklärung meine Karte wurde belastet, und bevor überhaupt dieser Vertrag zu Stande kam, bin ich schon wieder zurückgetreten, dass er das Geld hätte mir überwiesen werden müssen. Das fand ich für den Beginn des Jacobsweges extrem enttäuschend und da habe ich auch da die Geschäftsleitung geschrieben, das geht in meinen Augen persönlich gar nicht.. ich kann nicht eine Kreditkarte belasten, wenn der Grund dafür noch überhaupt nicht gegeben ist und schon gar nicht, wenn dann auch noch ne Willenserklärung kommt, dass ich das nicht möchte also das Zimmer nicht benötige

Pros:

Super nice hotel, and the personal was always nice and friendly. We loved our room, that it was quiet, comfortable and it had blackouts to sleep well. We were also very happy for the brunch!

Cons:

We noticed that the floor was still dirty after the cleaning, so we would just suggest to check that :)
And eventhough the location had very beautiful views, to reach most places you have to go up the hills

Pros:

Die Lage am Douro, die Nähe zum Zentrum, die Tram, die direkt am Hotel vorbei fährt. Sehr schönes geräumiges Zimmer mit Platz für Koffer und Kleidung. Man bekam fast jeden Tag Trinkwasser und der Portowein zur Begrüßung war sehr gut.
