We stayed for 3 nights, a river view room on the 4th floor. The view was spectacular. We really appreciated the delivery of the pastel de nata to our room after checking in! Loved the bottle of water and the refill station on the ground floor. The room is a good size, comfy beds, great shower and all you need in the bathroom (no shampoo or bathrobes though) Everything was spotlessly clean.
We enjoyed the lovely rooftop bar, cocktails with a river view, and the DJ.
The restaurant is nice, we ate there on our 1st night, and breakfast was all we could wish for.
We also loved the little inner courtyard.
Location is great, a short walk to the main areas of Porto.
Last but not least, the staff at this hotel are fantastic, especially in the restaurant and bar, they are so friendly and welcoming! They are a credit to the hotel!
Extremely pleasant check-in experience- it's a beautiful hotel for a great value. The location is close to the city center and transportation options. Absolutely would stay there again.
My only note is that as someone with food allergies, I noticed that although the items were labeled at breakfast, some were labeled inconsistently (for example, there was a sign that had allergens for a croissant but another croissant sign with no allergens marked).
Super Lage direkt am Douro. Fussläufig ist die Altstatt und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar. Schöne Bar auf der Dachterasse mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Ich habe ein Upgrade erhalten und konnte direkt vom Zimmer auf den Douro blicken.
Nur ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Beim Frühstücksbüffet wurde nicht immer gleich alles nachgefüllt.

Cama não é muito confortável… dura… as toalhas não foram trocadas , o quarto não tem um conforto esperado …..

La TV. J'ai voulu regarder le match Angleterre France et aucun moyen d'obtenir le canal 5 (M6), un technicien est venu le dimanche matin pour vérifier et tout était normal. LE soir de la finale , même problème pas moyen d'obtenir le canal 5 (M6), je pense que l'hôtel désirais que l'on a aille au bar du 6 étage
Tudo, funcionários simpáticos, atenciosos. Conseguimos um upgrade quando algo não funcionou. Tentam agradar os clientes e dão o melhor serviço. Limpeza fenomenal, quarto espectacular, vista maravilhosa, pequeno almoço excelente... Gostei de tudo!!
Talvez não ter piscina e mais um pouco de espaço de lazer.

L'endroit est idéal pour visiter Porto sur quelques jours et la vue depuis le rooftop est sympa.
Nous avions réservé la vue sur le douro, c'est beau mes malheureusement les baies vitrées laissent passer le son (tram, motos...).
Aussi, l'hygiène au rooftop n'était pas au rdv. Un dernier point qui m'a surprise pour un 4 étoiles (tout comme les tasses Ikea dans la chambre), c'est l'offre du petit déjeuner limitée après 10h. Dommage.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect—right on the river and within easy reach of everything we wanted to see.
A special thank you to Gabriel, who provided exceptional service and made us feel genuinely welcome. He went above and beyond and truly made our stay even more enjoyable.
We also appreciated the complimentary filtered water station in the lobby, which made it easy to refill our water bottles—a thoughtful and eco-friendly touch. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!
