施設はいいけど、スタッフへの教育が不十分で感じが悪かったです。
Pros:

大浴場があって、朝ご飯がついていたところ

Cons:

アイロンを借りた時、スタッフの対応が良くなかった。はぁ？って聞き直されたうえ
アイロンです！
ってもう一回伝えても不機嫌な対応だった
朝、ロビーで同僚待っている時、フロントスタッフは2人で雑談ばかりしていて感じが悪かった。

とても快適で良かったです。
Pros:

東岸和田駅のすぐ近くで良かったです。
後、お部屋の他にもお風呂があったり、ロビーにお茶やコーヒーもありとても快適でした。
朝食もとても美味しかったです。

Cons:

駐車場の料金がかかることです。

Really enjoyed my stay after my arrival at the Kansai!
Pros:

The hotel had an easy access to/from the Kansai airport and a nice big onsen-style bath downstairs! My stay included a buffet breakfast and the staff were very kind a d helpful, too. I couldn’t have expected more!

最高でした
Pros:

ソファーのあるホテルに久しぶりに泊まりました。ゆっくり出来て最高でした。間違えて喫煙のルームを予約していたら禁煙ルームに変更して頂きました。とても感じが良かったです。

Cons:

ないです。来年の大会でも又宿泊したいです。

ホテル内がとても清潔でした。
朝食も美味しかったです。

Cons:

駅からすぐでアクセスがよいので利用させていただいてました。やはり、駅がすぐなのでひっきりなしに列車の音がするので、気になりました。
