The bathroom in our cottage was amazing.
Everything was great othrr than 1 small thing. Need to provide guests with more kindling for the fireplace in cabins as we only received a couple of pieces and all firewood in the pile up near the main building was damp.
When I asked the staff if we could get a courtesy bus to the pub, they said no. I called the pub just to check, and they said they would be more than happy to come and pick us up.
Spacious detached room and bathroom. Balcony with chairs and table. Good shower. Comfortable bed. Management warmed the room before we arrived on a cool night.
No exhaust fan in bathroom so the place steamed up and no air-freshener for bathroom so odours persisted. No sink. Doona too warm and no light-weight alternative bed covering.
Conveniently located, well kept grounds and rooms , Scotty was very helpful and lots of fun. Made sure we kicked off the weekend with a couple of wines and some good vibes, Loved the fire place in the rooms also.
No breakfast options would have been nice to stay onsite to have breaky the following morning but wasn’t a deal breaker
The room was spacious and clean and set in beautiful gardens . The bed was super comfortable
The bathroom ventilation .. the moisture in the bathroom was not manageable or pleasant
Easy access, loved having a fire. Bed was comfortable.
The bins had not been emptied. No sink in kitchenette so dishes had to be cleaned in bathroom, but no cloth for cleaning.

Our only thing were the pillows they didn't suit us but they could suit others we understand its hard to please all, so its not a drama to us we will just bring our own pillows next time👍
Areas needed painting like the front door and mould in the shower.
Location was good. Nice looking rooms but it's the little things that count in my opinion. Comfortable bed. Sound proofing was excellent. Gardens were nice too.
The outside was quite dirty.. dusty and mouldy. Bedspread and curtains were stained. Poor quality coffee and tea. The bathroom toiletries were poor.. as well as not enough for 2 people for 2 days.
No little extras .. like cookies or chocolates. as I said above... it's the little things that count. For the price we paid for this accommodation .. I would expected a few more of these little things.
It would of been nice if we had the option to have twin beds as I was here with my friend and we had to share a bed
Very basic cabin clean though.plastic bucket to wash dishes but no dish cloth just a minor thing .
