Pros:

I am afraid cannot count this place to be a hotel, most likely it seems a student hall.

The deposit is only can pay by cash, only 4 hours for check in period, it is let me live back 40 years ago.

I don't care clearance the room once a week, but basically you need to prepare the martials like towel, shampoo etc for whole week use, if your customer is for travel, they seems not wash and reuse it.

Great location and price. Unpolished maintenance and service. Mostly male guests.
Pros:

Really convenient location. 10 minute walk to new bridge rd where there is a bus to literally anywhere. Cafes eateries and a small grocery store close by. But in Singapore food delivery is easy and affordable anyway. Large rooms with secure entry. Coordination of checkin was easy. Laundry service once a week is handy, and kitchenette made it easy to cook.

Cons:

On the whole it is more like an airbnb than a serviced apartment because everything seems less than professional.

Customer service

When I arrived the receptionist played a voice note from someone asking them to check if a mattress was covered in "blood or urine".
Very off-putting.

Room maintenance & guest communication

Door lock malfunctioned and I was locked out. Water heater wasnt working and maintenance had poor customer service. Banged on the door and woke me up was demanding in their tone. Rescheduled and they didnt show up and didnt tell me. I complained. Nobody apologized just made excuses. When maintenance finally arrived, they gaslit me into thinking it was user error. Instead of fixing lock and water heater they made me move to another room. "Free upgrade" but I would have preferred to not have to move at all.

Communicating late checkout

When I extended my stay twice they didnt mention anything about a time I needed to move rooms or any checkout charges. But then when I finally left they withheld my deposit citing late checkout, despite all the poor experience I had and the inconvenience they caused me.

For solo female travellers note that it is 90% solo male guests.

Nice stay!
Pros:

Nice staff at the check in desk. Apartment was spacious and did us for the night we stayed. Not much cooking equipment if you were staying longer there. Need to get an Uber into central.
