Pros:

Très grand appartement avec nombreuses fenêtres et porte patio et grand terrasse.cuisine fonctionelle et salle bains impeccable.

Cons:

J ai appris que le ménage se faisait aux 2 jours ce qui m’a deplut. Les propositions de buanderie ou de transport par organisée par l’hôtel hôtel sont très chères. Le lit et sa literie sont ordinaires. Il y avait un problème d éclairage automatique dans l escalier menant au 3eme étage. Pas d ascenseur.

Excellent beach-side apartments.
Pros:

The apartment was located across the road from the beach. A very good size room with kitchen and modern bathroom. Very large balcony with table and seating for 4 which catches the sun all day and a nice sea breeze. Bars are nearby but there is not a disturbing noise. There are a couple of excellent seafood restaurants and a 7-11 within 2 minutes walk. Staff are friendly and professional. Internet and TV are very good. Cha Am is a quieter location suitable for couples and families. Highly recommend The Beach Cha Am Suites.

Overal stay is ok for me, 85% satisfied.
Pros:

The room was big, clean, with balcony, microwave, and big fridge. The food downstairs was 100% satisfied.

Cons:

This hotel got no lift, the stairs are narrow and steep it’s a safety issues if you are not watching your steps.

Quite good value for money.
Pros:

Location and views. Nice big room.

Cons:

Steep staircase, to the room on 3rd floor. Balcony door didn’t lock and safe wasn’t bolted down. No big deal, Cha Am is a pretty safe place.

One Night Stay In Cha Am.
Pros:

Big unit, it had everything we needed and right on the beach and bar/ restaurant area. The nearest 7/11 is about 30mtrs away.

Cons:

No problem for us but it might be tricky carrying a big suitcase up the stairs.
