Super groß und tolle Terrasse
Personal sehr hilfreich.
Keine Liegestühle und auch in der Küche fehlt es an einigem. Etwas unangenehmer Geruch.

Big place with helpful staff. We didn’t get a chance to use the game area but looked decent.
The location wasn’t ideal as we didn’t rent scooters and there wasn’t much in walking distance. The room was nice but bathroom had a bit of a smell and a couple bugs.
We had the penthouse apartment which was very spacious and comfortable.
Everything was in working order, the water, the kitchen, the shower and the toilet as well as the ceiling fans and the air conditioning. Drinking water was provided in our room.
The pool was also nice and big enough to swim a little. The location is close enough to the nearby cave and the Napaling riff. Also Tagbilaran is just 10 to 15 minutes by taxi.
Food is easily available with Grab and comes quickly. Be aware that the little cat on site demands a substantial fraction of your dinner.
We paid less than 8500 pesos for this apartments for two nights, it can host up to four people — a very reasonable price.
I would absolutely stay at this place again and can recommend it 100%. Communication with the staff was very smooth, prompt and friendly. They spontaneously allowed us a quite late checkout, which we were very grateful for.

Location is far from the town and tourist doesn't have car to buy some things for breakfast and the photo of property is different with reality

Lots of space, lots of stairs, first several stair climbs a workout, after that ok. No booty squirter in CR. Apartment hotel is nice. Small kitchenette was nice for preparing breakfast.
Location was great, away from all the tourism.
We have our own motorcycle to travel to tourist area.
No real dislikes, can't be perfect, we would stay here again.
Leaving the property
There was no private pool. And it was dirty they not get it There was no such amenities in the unit itself no shampoo. The accommodations was very subpar.

one chair is unstable, the rice cooker is broken, the light bulb above the shower needs to be replaced, some switches are not working properly (entrance and bed light)
A hidden gem...beautiful and quiet.
The Penthouse suite was very spacious as was the huge patio with a view over to Tagbilaran and the sea.
The fully equipped kitchen and fridge made it convenient for me to prepare my own meals.
Last but not least...the owners and the team at Seaview Hills were amazing! I felt home from the first to the last moment of my stay. Thank you very much and see you again...

You can rent a scooter right from them.
There are a good set of stairs to get to your room.
Front gate always shut. Gives an uninviting feeling.
Comfortable, clean and big apartment, friendly hosts! We even saw fireflies on the nearby tree
