Near old town

The staff are very friendly, their services are good, In future I will like to stay again, thanks.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. However is more beautiful outside than inside.

Workers are nice.
Breakfasts wasn’t good, every day was the same thing and in limited quantities so not buffet as they said.

Personal cleaning supplies as shampoo was not enough and even toilet paper.

Good hotel

Very nice hotel, definitely a good idea to pay extra for a deluxe room as the view is much better and it's only 100 baht per night.

Skuffende.
Kedelig morgenmad. Skuffende udvalg og maden var kold.
Sengen var ok, men stod på hjul, så alting rykkede sig hvis man ville vende sig i sengen.
Ingen håndsæbe
Utrolig varmt hotel at være på, specielt i elevatoren..
Desværre meget larm fra omkring liggende bar og byliv
Der stod at de tilbød at vaske tøj, men det var ikke tilfældet og vi blev nødt til at finde et mønt vaskeri i nærheden.
Virkelig lydt når nogen snakker ude på gangen.
God beliggenhed, meget tæt på nogle gode restarenter.

Bon séjour les chambres sont plutôt grande, dommage par contre que la climatisation ne soit pas entretenue, elle ne sert à rien parce que ne refroidit pas même en la réglant au minimum.
Vous avez le droit à 2 bouteilles d’eau par jour par chambre.
Personnel sympathique mais ne parle pas bien anglais.

I really like this hotel, a lot of tours agents,
Restaurants, night markets, good breakfast, nice people!

バスタオル、シャンプーとボディーソープはありますが歯ブラシ等はないので注意が必要です。トイレットペーパーはありますがお腹壊すとすぐ無くなるので近くのコンビニで買っておくといいかもしれません。

The staff was good, area is near old phuket town, where you can find plenty of options to eat, rent a vehicle and local transport.

Fijn schoon hotel. Ruime kamer, lekker bed. Vriendelijk personeel.

Staff were excellent with cleaning our rooms and prompt.

The Vapa hotel is in a fantastic location to Phuket Old Town. Only a 5 minute walk away to fantastic shops and restaurants.

At average level.

Its ok for 1 or 2 nights the pool is too small and ther are not enought place to stay around the pool but the location is good to visit the old town

Was a good place to stay as a solo traveler. Felt comfortable. Breakfast is worth the cost. Main negative is aspect is a couple things that make it feel like a prison: sounds from the hallway seemed loud because sound echoes and comes through the door which felt a little intrusive, also the bathroom is very no-nonsense. Otherwise, everything was clean and the lobby is beautiful. I wouldn’t stay here with a partner on a romantic getaway because the sound factor would ruin the vibe and sense of privacy.

No soap in room, no tea, the towels were also worn and ripped on arrival.

Asked for hairdryer and iron and they had none in the hotel.

We also asked for water and were told you had 2 per day in room and we were happy to pay if had to.

The location is good for the old town though this hotel is 2 stars not 3 and half as claims.

Near old town, convenient location

It is a good location, but the breakfast was cold and the options not much. Only one staff could understand English. Overall 3 stars.
