There were cockroaches

The room was smelly., especially the bathroom.
I had to ask for toilet paper and there was no soap or hand wash provided at all so bring your own!
The pillows were very old and chunky....not comfortable.
Cheap budget accommodation

Little bit far from attractions, but bemo out on the street. A kettle would be an added incentive for me to stay again

Owners had an attitude, not willing to help. The male owner was nicer, the woman was very sarcastic. They did not know how to work the credit card machine and acted like they were doing me a favor. There was one little boy that actually tried to help, was very kind, and it was the best part of this stay. The female staff kept looking at me, while talking to each other and laughing, this was so uncomfortable. The rooms look nothing like the picture. All of them smelled like cigarettes, humidity, and naphthalene. The bedsheets were ripped off, the mattress had tiny little balls that made it lying down so uncomfortable. I tried three different rooms, the air conditioners work poorly and they leak all over the floor and curtains. The a/c also made a looooud noise, impossible to relax. The light in the rooms were very low, to the point of discomfort and not ambiance. The walls were filled with mold, the bathroom was not clean. No toiletries what so ever, not even TOILET PAPER. I wasn't expecting A LOT AT ALL from this stay, trust me. But I was definitely expecting a clean room with a comfortable bed, decent internet, for me to do an overnight stay. I woke up to a cockroach agonizing on the floor. Also, something bit me that stung a lot, so maybe bed bugs? I feel sorry to write this review but honestly, if there is someone else on a budget just looking for a "mid-term" decent overnight stay, they are probably better off with some of the rooms available for less than 100k , or spend 100k more and stay in comfort. Now I understand that this "OYO" label doesn't mean much at all.

The conversation in English with the stuff on the reception was mostly with Google translator - that is not a big issue, but...

Be informed at our arrival that our room is not available.

The bed is not the most confortable, but just to say something, was more than acceptable.

Not the cheapest if you don't benefit from a promo.

Unclean and not a great place. No toilet paper, soap.or hot water and damp. The fridge was unplugged because there was no socket.

The staff were not very helpful and clearly mobile phone use comes before customer service.

Sink waste ran straight onto the floor and over feet. What is the point of having the sink?

Floor mat outside the bathroom was very very dirty as we're the walls in the room.

There was no hot water despite there being a water heater. It wasn't switched on.amd the same with the fridge which wasn't plugged in.
