Reviews that say this place was surprisingly nice on the inside were very misleading.
Pros:

It was on route to our final destination, when we needed a place to stay for a few hours.

Cons:

Both rooms had filthy lamp shades stained with mildew/mold stains. Everything was sticky, like the lamps with, chain on the door, remote control, and door knob. The topper was when I found a roach on the air conditioner. All the beds were tiny, and rock hard on top of large hollow metal “bins” that made a thunderous noise every time someone turned over.

One room was similar conditions, but could not get ac to work when we checked in. Was told it was the breaker. A maintenance man showed up a few minutes later and made it work.

I also thought the neighborhood was rough, but it was the middle of the night and we were just happy to not be driving. But it was not a good night stay. And the reviews that say otherwise are just not true.

Decent value, a clean place.
Pros:

New bathroom fixtures (tub, toilet, sink, faucets). Very clean room. Many affordable eateries close by.

Cons:

The AC was not on/set when I entered. Room was very hot.

A/c was not on in room. They should have started AC least an hour before check in s hot of a day it was. The room was 92 degrees n didn't cool down until 10 pm.
OK it nice to have vinyl flooring instead of carpet BUT YOU NEED TO DUE MORE THEN SWEEP IT TRY MOPEING IT. OUR FEET WERE black.

Worked out great for the price

NO Hot Water, No one was available in the office to fix. I left messages, but no one returned my call. Door to the room was damaged and did not close or lock properly.

Clean and comfortable, but nothing fancy
Pros:

The room was large and clean with parking right at the door. If you just want a clean comfortable place to lay your head for the night at a reasonable price, this place is hard to beat.

Cons:

Room was very plain, with no frills. Check in cold have been quicker and smoother since we had to wait a few minutes for the manager to come and check us in. The area was very busy with lots of fast food nearby, which could be a plus or minus depending on what you want.

Cons:

If you want deluxe accommodations, this is not your place. But check in was a little clumsy. You have to call someone to come to the desk, but not a big deal.
