Rooms furniture are damaged. Walls damaged.Old mattresses and dirty pillows.

Pros:

I can say it's a strategic location. Good service from the counter clerk/staff. Got elevator to make it easier to go up and down. Shower with hot water functioning well. People might say it's a bit loud with busking but during my stay I slept well.

Cons:

The room entrance card is activated every day. I had to go back down to the reservation counter to activate it. Never experienced this in other hotels during my vacation.

Pros:

Only the facts that it's in the center of all the attraction in kl and our rooms has a window that we can saw a little bit of kl tower

Cons:

Immediately after entering the room,my sinus flare up
- cockroaches (a lot)
- leaking aircond
-no hooks to hang your clothes
-bathroom ventilation doesn't work
-dirty bedding
