They have worst air conditioning system.... And do not have technicians too to repair.
Pros:

Worst hotel i have ever stayed .... Ita piece of garbage .... Bedrooms are dirty .... Bed sheets has different type of stains on them ... One bed has blood stains on it ..... Very dirty hotel worst management ..... I have given 1 star because its minimum option i wanted to rate 0 star if possible

Cons:

مفارش السرير تحتاج تغير والثلاجه تكون تعمل ع طول لوجود ادويه وطعام يتلف كل ماتغلق كهرياء الغرفه

Pros:

The price is reasonable. The room is fairly big for the price paid. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is in the Bukit Bintang area too, making it easy to get around. It is also a short walk of around 5 minutes to Bukit Bintang MRT and monorail stations.

Cons:

The location, while good, can also be a bit of a downside. As it is near the main area where a lot of street performers perform late into the night, it can get a little noisy at night. This is not the hotel's fault though as they cannot control what happens outside of the hotel. 😊

Had a nice time. Enjoyed the performance of the Cahaya Buskers band at night near the hotel. Great band ❤️
Pros:

Nice location. Easy access to move around. The reception space was really nice. The staff are very nice and courteous.

Cons:

The room was too small, difficult to move around when having more than two luggages. The paint on the roof ceiling was not clean, paint was peeling off and falling on the bed, on our head. The room got one window only and it was broken and dirty. Saw cello tape on the window pane. The toilet and bathroom too small. The air cond was old. Photos posted do not reflect the real room unfortunately!

A well hotel for short trip to KL

It's near to Ipoh Street. The place is always full of people.
