The room I was initially assigned was a tiny attic that was completely different from the photos and descriptions on Booking.com. There wasn't a single word of apology; they simply blamed it on a "Booking system error." When I pointed this out, they moved me to another room that was bigger but still didn't match the listing in terms of furniture, view, and etc.

Although there were vacant rooms available, the owner and staff refused to let me choose one. Instead, they got angry and told me to "just leave if you don't like it." According to the owner's own description, all studios have the same conditions, so there should have been no issue with me selecting a room before other guests checked in. Their attitude was incredibly unprofessional.

Compact stay
Pros:

Nice small but compact bedroom. With wardrobe and a little table. Nice working A\C and WiFi also works well. The shower is quite tiny, bigger people may struggle. The bedding was a bit confusing, there was a mattress protector and a duvet, no bottom sheet and both duvets were very tiny. 20min walk to the old town area.

Perfect stay you won’t regret booking it
Pros:

Excellent apartment with everything you could need- comfortable bed, great shower, small kitchenette with microwave & oven, dishwasher & kettle. Located half way between the train/bus station & old town but shops/restaurants are close by. Lovely host who was very accommodating and response to my queries. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

It did mention washing machine, but there wasn’t one in the apartment, but there may have been one available for the apartment complex. I didn’t need to do washing so didn’t follow up about it.

Çarşıya yürüme mesafesinde 20 dakika sürüyor. Merkez otogarda 20 dakika
İlerde su ısıtici dolapta suyu cay kahve vardı. Temiz bir oteldi sac kurutma şampuan vardi

Cons:

Oda cok çok küçük. Valiz açacak yer dahi zor. 10 12 metrekare bir alan. Tek gece icin iyi . Hareket alanı yok. Fiyat sanki biraz pahalı idi. Daha uygun da alabilir.
