Spacious and clean room. Conveniently located beside the airport.

The food quality at the restaurant was pretty questionable and expensive for what you get.

Airport hotel with a pool, good size rooms and quiet. Can sit at the rooftop pool and watch the planes come in. Breakfast was decent and free car service to the airport.

The main reason to stay here is the pool, it is amazing. You get an incredible view of the airport and the rooms are pretty modern too. The main downside to this hotel/area is there isn’t anywhere remotely reputable to eat near by so I resorted to the hotel restaurant which was subpar at best. Additionally there was a strange/foul smell in my bathroom but overall the stay was very pleasant.

As an airport hotel for Hanoi, this does all that is required and it’s very inexpensive. The free airport shuttle is most welcome but don’t expect luxury. There are very few alternatives and dining options are limited. Nice rooftop pool.

So close to airport and can be noisy at night

The staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. Absolutely loved breakfast and the hotel is so very close to the airport. Highly recommend this hotel.

We literally just used it one night before our early flight in the morning. Lift to airport just over 5 minutes and was about £3.
Great stop for an early flight

We were 5 in our group looking for inexpensive option to relax while waiting for 12:01 am flight to Manila after Ha Long bay cruise which ended noon time. Booked 2 clean family rooms which cost us $90. Couldn't been happier as we were able to rest and shoot pool and shower before our very early flight. Too cold to use the pool at roof top in late March but very nice view of airport tarmac from rooftop. Cost us $23 to hire a 16 seater van to take us to HAN. Highly recommended this place for good value, comfort, cleanliness and amenities (hot water kettle and coffee/tea incuded)!

Poor communication from the hotel on transport options. Front desk staff are not very friendly and welcoming. Floors are very slippery. Dining options very limited. Nearby construction makes the entire place very dusty. The glasses at reception were dirty.

Only couple things lacking was that it is a non smoking hotel and clearly that was ignored by some to which the hotel did nothing to enforce. Heated pool would have been nice but not a deal breaker. Super close ro the airport but expect to be a sardine for the trip there... being free does make up for that.

Bed too hard, messy shower

Shout out to the amazing helpful, fantastic friendly staff at the hotel! So superably convenient to the airport very clean very comfortable. We needed a place for a night and they were as helpful as anyone. Would return again and again.
