Pros:

リッチが良かった受付の方がとってもよかったです。
朝食があるのはとっても良い。

Cons:

ツイートルームだったがとっても狭かったベッドは文句なしだがテーブルなどはないし本当に寝るだけって感じキャリーケースなども置く場所もないしユニットバスも少し狭いし一階のお風呂も狭い感じが少し気になる感じで枕を選ぶのか唯一のホテルなのに部屋の数だけの枕を用意して欲しい感が気になるかなって感じです。

Excellent staff that went over the top to make me feel comfortable
Pros:

I loved the onsen. Clean and great temperature. Provided laundry detergent was a plus!

快適で安定のホテル
Pros:

富士山も眺められて快適でした。
車があれば近くのスーパーや飲食店にも行きやすく、立地もよかったです。

Good access to outlet and coaches, but far from JR station and the main business street.
Pros:

Breakfast is okay, not excellent as it advertise on the booking site. Good onsen and modern facility. Very close access to coach service. If you are visiting the outlet, note that the free shuttle actually stop at the coach station near the hotel. I originally booked a smoking room because it is the only room type left, but I don't smell any strong tabacco smell at all.

Cons:

Really far away from the city centre, but close to highway. I pressume this hotel targets driving travellers mainly.

Location, price, extras hard to beat the view as well.
Pros:

Clean, great staff, value for money, free breakfast, free bar at night and free breakfast. Great location to freeway and our window view was fabulously
