The pro's are it is a great position. You can walk to everything from restaraunts to the ferry port etc. The bed is comfortable. You get a good view up the street of all the people walking around from the little balcony. The people running it are nice enough.

The not so good.
The cleaning was not good. We put the sign on the door in the morning. The cleaner took the wet towels and put fresh ones on the bed. No bed made or rubbish emptied or water/coffee refilled. Just towels replaced.

I sent them 3 emails before i arrived and got not replies i wanted to upgrade. So in that respect lack of communication.

You do have to walk up a set of stairs with your suitcase to get into reception. No help with that up or down.

Deniz manzaralı oda ayarladım. Denizin D si yok. Oda leş temizlenmemişti çarşaflar kirliydi. Resepsiyon iyiydi.

Odalar tertemizdi. 24 saat resepsiyon hizmeti var. Yeri çok merkezi. Tercih edebilirsiniz. Biz memnun kaldık.

Gürültü, temizlik yapılmadı. 1930'ların kasaba otelleri daha iyi idi. Oda tamir edilmiṣ, sıva olduğu gibi duruyor boyanmamıṣ. Buzdolabına su bırakılmamıṣ. Tek olumlu yönü merkezde olması

Ein bescheidenes, sauberes Hotel. Das Personal war sehr nett, wir haben uns ab der 1. Sekunde wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, da man problemlos überallhin kann - mitten im Geschehnis. Abends haben wir die live Musik vom Hotel aus genossen. Würden wieder kommen und auch weiterempfehlen👍👍👍

Unterkunft ist ok und auch zentral aber der Gestank im Bad ist nur schwer zu ertragen

I stayed for one night and it was a wonderful experience . The only complain is that the area is noisy at night and they asked me to leave exactly at 12 .

Leider enttäuscht! Nicht zu vergleichen mit den Bildern!!!!! Von Sauberkeit kann man leider nicht sprechen.. Überall Haare zu sehen und sehr viel Staub!!! Man konnte die Zimmer nicht mal gut lütfen, da vor dem Fenster Lütftungen von anderen Gebäuden waren.. Bad war grenzwertig aber sauberer als Zimmer und vor allem Bett.. In dem man nicht mal hinlegen möchte.. Lage zentral, gut zu Fuß erreichbar.. Nur zwei Tage übernachtet und diese nur zwangshaft.. Nicht zu empfehlen..

Nazik ve güler yüzlü karşılandım. otelin yeri çok iyi, her şey elinizin altında. akşam biraz sokak gürültüsü geliyor ama camları kapattığınızda onu da duymuyorsunuz. temiz ve konforlu bir odaydı.

Close to the exceptional Kadiköy nightlife and a short walk to the ferry ports. Staff encountered are not fluent in english but could still communicate well enough to order taxis and get directions.
