Good location. If you want food best to stay central Chiba as no food available on site or nearby.

Location next to the arena for a sports event

Dated. Mainly unused areas. Hotel charged me more than what booking.com quoted.

邊間海景房空間大，視野好，住起來超舒服！價格也很便宜，cp值高。

Clean and large room size.

Cons:

Even when rooms are ready earlier, they will not allow check-in before 3PM unless you pay ¥1000/hr. I find this rule highly unwelcoming and calculative.

Breakfast spread is quite poor for a hotel of this size and price. The staff at the breakfast area were also not very friendly and welcoming. No smiles and sour faced.
