Pretty good just don't like the fact if you cancel one of your days they don't refund your money for that day that you don't use.

When I first arrived, the parking lot was filled with police so that was concerning. The staff explained why so the reason made me feel alittle better. I had an issue with the air conditioner not working, they came and said it was working but it never did for me but I left it alone. Had a very small tv, channel selections were very limited, jad bugs alot. They did put down bug traps. Wish there were some options for basic cooking pans/utensils. Some places offer a set of basic items that you can checkout for use. I also don't feel I recieved the best value even when I asked because the monthly rate advertised was about the same as my two week stay. When I asked as check-in, I was told I got the best rate but that wasn't true. I was so dissatisfied that I left a few days early but wss not able to get credit for leaving early. Location was ok, but right off of a very busy road and was a challenge getting in and out.

Upon arriving to this location around 11 AM, my husband and I rounded the building, the property was clean of debris, no one was hanging out, there were no inoperable vehicles in the parking lot. We pulled into a space, I got out and approached the office, it was locked, the maintenance man came and informed me she will be back soon she's walking the property. Seven minutes later, the property manager Adrianna appeared, I proceeded to enter the lobby as she was going in, she turned around and asked, what did I need? I stated I had reservations and wanted to check in. She proceeded to go behind the desk and started to dryly state their rules, asked how many people were staying and said she needed my husband's ID as well. I asked why did she need his ID, with an attitude, she said to view the property. I said he won't be viewing because the decision is solely mine. She reluctantly gave me a key to view the room. I walked out of the office and realized, I hadn't paid for the room so I turned around and politely gave her the key back! I decided not to stay there and drove to another location.

Easy access. Enough parking. Cozy rooms including kitchen which is always a plus.

Quiet ac blows cold no bugs only noise was the cars on the street. Front desk lady Mrs. Adrianna I love her she's the best she's the GM

I loved the location. I felt safe with just me and my son. The room was comfortable.

I never stayed at this hotel because I was charged a no-show fee before I got there. On your site, it says check-in time was between 3-6 p.m. but when I got there after 4, I was told I only had an hour to check in. Unfortunately, I was at work and didn't get off until after 4. The front desk clerk was also rude when I was trying to explain to her how the website had a different time to check-in. Ultimately, I returned to the hotel I was at before and out of $43 because of the misleading advertisement on Expedia.

I Really Enjoyed My Stayed, Staff Were Excellent, Rooms An Bath Stayed Clean, Nice Big Television An Sofa Bed, Little Kitchenette With Big Refrigerator An Cabinets. Big A/C, What More Can U Ask For.... Thank U So Much InTowns Suits For Ur Hospitality.... 🙂🙂🙂🙂
