We recently stayed at Boutique Hotel Neo during our trip to Bosnia, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel exceeded all our expectations — everything was perfect, from the immaculate cleanliness and elegant furniture to the delicious food and rich breakfast. The location is also ideal, very convenient for exploring the city and nearby attractions.
However, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality of the staff, especially the lovely receptionist Mina. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude made us feel incredibly welcome. She left us with a very special and heartfelt memory of Bosnia that we will always cherish.
